Jennifer, those pics are great!! Okay, if I had that view of the MK from my room, I wouldn't sleep at night. I'd be looking out the window alllll night long, taking in the park & other resorts, just watching the monorails loop around (well, until the monorails stopped for the day). Thanks for posting them!

Well so much for keeping the kids up later so they will sleep. I swear I dont think I will ever be able to sleep in until they are teenagers LOL

I dont have much planned for today except replacing Ryans game boy advance. He dropped his in the toilet yesterday and its toast. He is using his gift certificate he got from his aunt and uncle plus some money from us to buy another one. I dont think he will make the same mistake twice.

Have great days! We are going to buy Paige a scooter. We refused to get her one in the winter (gee I wonder why?) but she insisted on saving her allowance so she could get one anyway. SO off we go!

I'll look for more good pics to post later. Oh and thanks for the compliments on the monorail one. All I see is thigh in that one. Not very attractive. My legs are really much trimmer than that looks!

Morning all! Yesterday I had a terrible case of "open mouth; insert foot" so I just "hid" and didn't worry about much of anything. So that's what I was up to yesterday afternoon We had more snow Driveway is covered and I was doing a lot of Disney dreaming yesterday

Marilyn, it was just with Luis actually. I didn't get out yesterday (except to shovel the driveway) so I just sat around and read a lot. I just had the feeling that I ought to hush up before I said something really stupid!

I just sent this to a friend of mine in a PM, but I had to share it with you all.

I am sitting here on my chaise lounger with Cleo and my laptop on my lap. It is snow ing fairly steadily outside. The whole house is quiet excpet for my clicking on the keyboard and Cleo's purring. Off in the distance, I can hear a train going by (the train tracks are about 2 miles away). I can hear the sound it makes on the tracks and the whistle going off echoing in the wind.

Just a quiet peaceful moment I wanted to share with you.

Toast? In the toliet?? J/K - DS was around 9 or 10 when the Game Boy Color came out - it was $100.00. plus the game was $50.00. He saved all Christmas, Birthday, allowance, etc. money and bought the Advance and a game. Had a casual friend over, who did not own ANY GBs of any sort (DS had some regular GBs , both his and his sister's). A couple of days later, he can't find the GBA or the one game. Searched high and low, not to be found........ never did find it. Automatically thought of this other boy - because he had had a history of taking smaller things, but his parents are NOT the type to discuss the issue with. I had told one of my friends. Over 1.5 years later, her son had the same kid over, and my friend caught him in her son's room, stealing some games for the GBA, as well as the instruction manual. She made him put the stuff back (but didn't tell the parents. If I had caught him red-handed, I would have busted the little punk! He told her he got the GBA for $5.00 at a yard sale - gee, and it was the same color as my son's!) Never did get the GBA back, but to this day the little creep can't look any of us in the eye!

Elaine - you? Foot in the mouth? I can't picture that!!

Marilyn - are you Disney Monopoly'ed out yet??

We're supposed to be getting a major snowstorm tonight but it's already spitting snow here. I wonder how DH and DS made out last night? They come home sometime today.

It is kind of pretty outside. Pam if you are supposed to be getting the snow we have here then it will be fairly steady snow... quite pretty. I don't know if it is supposed to be heavy or not, but it is causing some road trouble in the counties that don't have very good snow clearing. There are many Level 1 snow emergencies out for central and southern Ohio right now.

I am not sure you'd want me to make breakfast either. I just make eggs, bacon, hot cereals & waffles or pancakes. Not terribly exciting... but at least I don't drop the toast in the toilet

Karen, oh my!!! That boy's parents need to be told. Imagine the trouble he could get into with that later.

Yep me, foot in mouth. I do it often. Ask Kim or Dan, I am sure they've heard me in action

Well....I'm still cold. And the ice and snow still falls. And I am still wishing it was Spring!!!! BUT...we still have power...I will hold onto that!
Karen! A GBA in the potty???? Oh I know he was crushed...glad I wasn't "Mom" right then!! Things like that seem to make me laugh uncontrollably....kids don't always understand my giggle attacks!!! Laura...I saw your meet pics! You are beautiful! What do ya mean big head??? And Jennifer...you look at that gorgeous pic on the monorail and all you see is thighs??? What is wrong with us women that we do that to ourselves...and I am including myself here!! What is it in our natures that makes us see all the negatives about ourselves and none of the positives?? I'm working on an answer to that question...I'll let ya know when I figure it out!
