{{{HUGS}}} to you Bonnie... so sorry you are going through so much right now :(

GP, I don't know about you, but I'm QUITE decorous in scarlet satin and lace!!

I would dear....but I feel as if I could predict with near 100% accuracy....that in that specific attire...I'd be viewed as lumpy....sew...I wouldn't want to tarnish my image by doing so....I'm sure you'd understand! :p :) ;) :teeth:

Bonnie:

GP, nobody, and I mean nobody can make me laugh with clipart like you do

the comming weeks and months may well supply you with alot of concern...while I can do nothing to remove that....I will strive to help ease your worries...by trying to help to foster a smile on your lovely face...whenever I can.....

{{{HUGS}}}

Hi again.

Debster welcome home!! I thought you might be enjoying yourself a little too much when I didn't hear from you. That's ok though. Glad you had some great times down here!

Bonnie, I am so sorry you are going through all this at once. :( (((HUGS))) You will never be a downer to us.

GP, you are wonderful. That last one, dorks fly....fantabuloso! Too bad Kim missed it!

Well, I am really freaking out about the MRI. Not having it done, but what they might find. Like a brain tumor or something worse. I have had a horrible headache all day and sometimes I feel like the room is spinning. I probably need to catch up on my sleep. But anyway...I guess I'm just scared. Someone else said these symptoms sound like MS, but I looked and I don't have all of them.
Well, I really am on a downer.

:(

:)
Michelle dear...how could you possibly be a 'downer' ??? :)

ya know....it's "ok" to be scared...especially when our expectations of the medical community are not forfilled! :)
I'd suggest...although this might seem hard...that you try your best not to 'project' what things 'could be'....untill you have the facts to deal with....:)....I have seen this many, many times...where (understandably) folks are concerned about what 'could be'....only to be vastly relieved at what the reality is. :) You have many, many friends....both here..and in "RL" that are praying for you.....try to take some comfort in that....:):)

{{HUGS}}} To YOU~! :)

GP! I just cannot believe that you don't think Pam adds decorum here. You WERE talking about Pam, right? I know your post wasn't about sweet, innocent ol' me. ;)

And GP, you made me ROFLMAO with that!

Dear Bonnie, I am so very, very sorry about your bad news. Such a shame to bear the loss of two dear people at the same time. And I say a prayer for all of our servicemen every night, with a special prayer for Michele's brother, and a special prayer will be said every night for your nephew also. {{HUGS}} to you dear friend. And Bonnie, you mean soooooo very much to all of us also. We love you girl.

Pam, the meeting went well. I told Skeeter and Moonpie our roadkill demands, and they are going to do their best. And I also am getting a cheaper price for the pelts that have tire tracks on them.

Now here's an image to make ya smile...hee hee...GP would be "lumpy" in satin and lace!!! Marilyn!!! Where is that smilie with the duct tape over it's mouth???? Ohhhhh I could really use it right now!!!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!! Gotcha GP!!! THAT was a good one!!!!

Can I stop tapping yet? Have we let Pam out?.....not if she's thinking about cooking!!
Tap faster Nancy, faster!

Yep, that's me, all right, the model of decorum!!!
BWWAAAHHHAAAAA! BWWAAAHAAAA! Oh gosh, I can't stop laughing.:teeth:

And Beth, what are you telling Jen that for about our cooking?? Nancy's delicious cookies top off a delicious meal that Pam and I cook.

That was cold, Nancy. Stone cold!
The truth sometimes hurts m'dear. :o

Hi to everyone! Gotta go make dinner.

Ummmmmm, anybody but me notice Jay has not been here? Hmmmmm, mountain climbing?

Michele....GP gave you good advice...and he is sooooo right that we are all here for you and will be with you in spirit every second tomorrow!!!! The "what ifs" will drive ya nuts!!! Trust me...I am a "what if" queen!!! And don't listen to the doctor wannabes!!! Ugh...why do people DO that??? Ya know, today the stress you are feeling could be adding to your symptoms as well. Take a deep breath....do something you can get lost in tonight...something you love!!! Hey...like hang with us!!:p What tomorow brings....deal with tomorrow. Think of July when we are going to the Ya Ya meet together!!!! Hang in there my friend!!!!

((((Hugs)))))) Michele. Try not to worry about what it could be because it could be many things from something horrible to something easy to treat. Try not to get to upset because it can make your symptoms worse namely the headache. I know I know easier said than done. Try and relax and get a good nights sleep tonight. You always know you have all of us thinking about you and praying for you.

Ya know, I LOVE having GP around here! Always a great perspective, and the goof is pretty funny. Doncha think?

Bonnie, so sorry. What a blech week for you. :(

Y'all have been awfully mothy and silly. It could take me days to ketchup. Days and days.

Michelle, I agree with GP on this. As hard as it is, try try try not to project and wait til you know what you know. Right now, all you know is what you don't know. (hmmm, debster is so cryptic tonight. hee hee)

Hugs to all who need/want them. Off to work tonight (first night back, and they have me babysitting the servers til midnight, but I guess since I was in WDW for 11 days, all's fair) :teeth:

Thanks...I know you are right. My doctor asked me if I am a worrier and I really don't think I am, but I guess I am.

Deb, you were being a tad cryptic...;) Have fun tonight babysitting!

Pam, I saw your other thread...looks like you got it all cleaned up!!

Oh, forgot to tell you what happened at work today....

I had cafeteria duty. I think I had 2 tables of 4th graders then the rest were 1st. Well, I am standing over and talking to the enrichment kids getting them ready to go when I feel something (like water) in my hair. I look down and there is ketchup all over my apron and a little on my pants and sweater. I look at the table next to the one I was talking to and a kid is twisting his ketchup pack from a lunchable. They are laughing it up...I had ketchup in my hair!:eek: Needless to say this 4th grader ended up with a cafeteria report today! I was mean cafeteria lady today!:mad:

Deb, good luck babysitting servers... hope you have an uneventful night :)

Michele, you are so not a downer!!!! I was acutally just having this exact same kind of conversation earlier today. I am going in on Tuesday for bloodwork. I suspect that I have a thyroid problem based on what others have told me and from what I have read, which is no big deal at all. Truthfully I am scared to death. I am also scared of the "what ifs" I have pretty much all the symptoms in the book listed (issues feeling cold & low body temps; dry skin, hair & nails; weight issues; sinus trouble; tightness/pressure in my throat; female "issues"; tiredness/fatigue; feelings of depression/worthlessness/sadness... I could keep going on and on and if you look up hypothyroid you will see all of that there! But I am still scared to death... what if it is something worse. I am not saying all of this to downplay your fears, but to let you know that you are so very not alone in your fears. We all can bet that way. A good friend said to me that we need to just let go and let the higher powers carry it for us and all will be good. I really wish you all the best and if you need to talk and share some similar fears, I'm here {{hugs}}

Bonnie-I'm so sorry about everything you're dealing with...{{{HUGS}}}

Michelle-{{hugs}} for you {{{hugs}}}

On a fun note....did ya'll see my col new tag????? I'm official now:D

Elaine, I totally know what you mean. My MIL had graves disease. She had her thyroid totally killed, and has been doing fine. You have my prayers that your tests will come out ok. Lets both try to let go ok?

Yes, I am so excited for you Laura.

I really did post a thread, but I guess the tag fairies were busy!

Oh, don't forget...one "L" kay? M-I-C-H-E-L-E ;)

Michele & Elaine-I understand how you're both feeling. It's hard not too be afraid & to let go but I hope you'll be able to.{{hugs}}My Mom would say "Don't borrow trouble"....she would mean that worrying before you know what you're dealing with isn't doing any good. {{hugs}} as much as it bugged me as a teenager, the older I get the smarter my Mom seems to me:D

Well, I am off to finish up some laundry and then bed.

One question, when they do the MRI, if there is something wrong would they get a doctor to read it right away? Or, if they see something will I know right away if something is wrong? Or will they just have my doctor read it? How does that work? I will keep you posted.
