Ok, now I am skeered too. The pictures of dorkboy are good, I like them. It is cool seeing pictures that our Kimmie took while she was right there looking at him (forgot to ask Kim, with all your drooling, did they have to use the Zambone twice as much? ). and I have to admit here that I thought he was awesome during the Olympics and I watched all his races Now is the part where I ask forgiveness of all fellow Yaya's for actually put that in writing, and kick myself that I have now given hulalovesdorkgirl ammunition to use against me in the future.

Mwahahahaha!!!! Ammo! I love it!!!

Naw..... I wouldn't do that to ya Marilyn...after all the sweet things you just said, I'd show myself to be a real YaYawitch if I tried to use it against you someday.

He really was awesome in the Olympics, his attitude was what first brought him to my attention. Oh....and ya know what?!? I didn't drool even once! Hey, I had an opportunity to accost him when no one else even seemed to know he was there, but instead I just stood by and quietly ogled.

Another time, he even caught me ogling!

LOL!!
Pam, we had two cameras.... the better shots were taken with a 10 year old Canon EOS 650 w/ a 100-300mm lens. I know zilch about photography, and Tom knows just a hair above zilch, but he seems to have a knack for taking beautiful photos. He really needs to pursue it as a hobby. He is turning into such a fan of Short Track... the guy should start a website or something... apply for media passes and go to the competitions. LOL! Oh! and yes, this was a World Cup. Kip Carpenter wasn't there that I know of... Apolo, Rusty Smith, Alex Izykowski and Derek Gray along with 5 ladies. Got some wonderful pics of everyone.

Can't remember everyone's results at the moment.... but Apolo took first in the 1000 and the 3000 and our guy's took 2nd in the relay behind Canada.
Oh! Oh!! Anybody anywhere near Bay City, Michigan?!? There's another World Cup there at the end of the month. Eeeeeh! Why am I so far away from all of these?
Elaine is a top performer!! Yay!! Good job YaYa Angel!!
Pam, that was so sweet of your daughter to call you!! Does your heart good when they do something like that doesn't it?!
Sherry, I'll certainly keep your mom in my thoughts and prayers. I really should ask ya'll to do the same for my mom. She's back in the hospital.

Last month, they did a chest x-ray, they said they saw "something" on her lungs. They did a biopsy....didn't bother to tell her SQUAT for 2 weeks or more, one night she started having some tremendous pain...went back to the hospital...they admitted her... collapsed lung. She's still there, and they're still telling her NOTHING! They say it's not the Sarcoydosis (sp?) they suspected....it's not cancer they say.... but they don't know what it IS. Her dr. hasn't bothered to check on her in two days. I've got this stupid sore throat, so I'm staying away...sigh... I could go on and on. Anyway... keep her in your prayers please.
