Just got home from having both my sons and dhs eyes examined. They are both dilated so there will be no Team Kid tonight.

Kim I am so sorry to hear about what happened to your doggie. Was that Miss Minnie??? BTW Kimmy you ARE comming in December.

Well I finally fell hard yesterday and went WAY off my diet. I did fine for breakfast and lunch but I had chicken wing french fries with blue cheese dressing and a soda and a piece of chocolate for dinner. I got so disgusted after getting out of the doctors office that I just didnt care. Well now I care. I gained two pounds over night!! Im praying its just water weight from the salt. Im back on track today but kicking myself for yesterday.

My stomach has been much better since I went back on the fibromyalgia meds. Weird but I think they also help with that. I havent had that weird excruciating pain that I had last week.

I am quickly getting to the point where McDees sounds good for tonight. Dh is being a real PITA. He was supposed to make the hamburgers but is busy whining that his eyes are dilated. BTDT its not as bad as he is making it out to be and I have worse vision than he does. There is noting besides hamburgers that I can make up quick and I DONT do hamburgers because I inevitably end up burning myself every time I do.

Hi Karen! Don't sweat the diet thing... we can't all eat lettuce leaves every day of our life. Just think about from this point on...that's all that matters. It wasn't Minnie that had the problem today.... she's a youngin'... (3 yrs old) it was my old Silky terrier, Crunky. He seems to be doing much better this afternoon though.

As for the haunted part, there's this mansion in walking distance that's haunted by 999 happy haunts. But there's room for 1,000. Any volunteers? And Vegas is a good idea. I loooovvvveee Vegas. We will *have* to have a Ya Ya thread there. There's soooo much to do, we'd need 2 threads to cover it all. The Cirque shows, EFZ Alive!, Sigfried & Roy, etc. Can't say I'd see them all in RL (budget isn't that large), but I'd love to in a Ya Ya thread! We'd all have the best seats and have the best suites in town!

Kimmy, I know how you feel about Minnie. My little Sheltie (about 8 yrs old) has a few dislocated toes in his back paws (one in the right, 2 or 3 in the left). The little guy has problems walking most of the time. There's really not anything they can do b/c the bones are so small. He aggrivated the paws this weekend and could barely walk. It ripped my heart out seeing him like that. He has meds to take, plus we got him groomed, including a nail clipping, which seemed to help. He's back to "normal." Well, normal for him. It still rips my heart to see him like this. I know how you feel Kimmy. {{{{{Hugs}}}} and PD for you and Minnie.
