gotta type quick my sitting up time is almost over. Doc said complete bedrest, the only time I'm allowed to leave the house is to go to appts. or to go to the hospital. BP still pretty high today. they told me tht when I got to the appt. on tuesday it was actually 180/112....so apparently I'm considered pretty sick. I just don't feel like it.

Called school and of course they are telling me all the things I need to finish before I leave...like update all my ieps, make plans for the coming school year, and such. I said too bad, someone else will have to do it!

The doc also said I will probably go early or they will take him early. We are hoping for 2 more weeks.

OH and I got my exchange from Karen!!

It is wonderful, I was going to post a pic but that would be more up time...ugh!

It was all funny......only about 20 people in the theater and they probably wondered why I was laughing at some of times I was

A new hunting rifle, 100 boxes of ammo, a new gutting knife, a sweet pair of camo pants, and a can of buck lure..... It was all so wonderful and just what I wanted!!!!

Actually - tucked into all of the peanut packing was so many treasures!! I got a new beach towel, LIME GREEN flip-flops (which I needed as Gunny just chewed mine ), 2 packages of vellum stickers - which I know just what scrapbook pages I will use them on, 4 hot pink glasses - perfect for summer entertaining, Airheads - yum-yum, a ring pop, tongs, bbq brush (way cool, too!), cooking forks, and a new ROADKILL SPATULA!!!

I am nicely iin my percocet fog!!! Pain was much more tolerable today!! The next 5 days are going to be awful!! Beth that bush is a rhododendron.....actually a very scrawny one. It doesn't get enough water, but still gives beautiful blooms.
And believe me, I do NOT have a green thumb. If I can't stick it in the ground and forget about it, it is a goner.

Well it happened again. Someone asked me yesterday again if I was expecting. I am NOT going to let it get me down though. I have been on a diet since Monday and I have already lost 6.5 pounds!!! Not doing anything really special just watching what Im eating and not having any regular soda or any sugar.

Sherry crossing my fingers for Junior and my thoughts and prayers are with you on this sad day.

Tara keep cooking and keep resting. My toughts and prayers are with you and little Ethan too. Im glad you liked the exchange. I had a blast shopping for you. Those light up flip flops made me giggle.

Actually that reminds me of something... I noticed since I stopped with the diet drinks (yes I said stopped) I'm having an easier time losing weight... I read a little and I guess aspertame (sp?) can really be not so good. I guess I won't worry about the claories there in regular soda then. Next thing you know I'll be back to drinking Kool Aide

Pam, sounds like we got the same storm. We had our power only flicker a second (didn't lose the alarm clock though). I didn't look closely this morning at damage but I know I hear lightening and a cracking sound off to the left (away from our house) I hope all are okay this morning.

Okay we have a pretty strong consensus to move and only one vote so far (unless I missed one) Pirate ship I can do that!!!! I'll let it go through the weekend and I think next week some time I will get it closed

Glad you got your package Pam. I find it hard to shop for others...especially since I can never make a decision for myself. I like making them for Shep though.

It looks like we will have to pay for our car rental and spending money until we get back...then they are suppose to give us the $500 cash. If Todd didn't mention it, the individuals at the radio station are all moving this week and unreachable. They are suppose to be sending us our flight and hotel information.

Sherry...you are in my thoughts today. On all the dates that were special to my Mom we have gone to her favorite place to eat, Taco Bell. Good thing Todd and the girls like it.

Liz...does Greg have it out for you, leaving you alone with your mother?

Let's not talk about weight. This is the week I always gain, as well as next week, and I was so close to goal. Very depressing.
