OK, who left the door open on their way back North?
It is windy and very cold here today. Well maybe not very but, believe me we are breaking records.

I'm clocked out and logged on at lunch so now I don't have much time left .

Howdy, yaya's! Got a few minutes here. The husband is working really hard on getting the house ready. We went over to goodwill to donate the crib, but they refused it because it was handmade (by a furniture maker!). So a beautiful crib is being carted to the dump as we speak. Tried to find someone who needed it around here (weighs quite a bit), but no luck.

The realtor that we are going to list with gave me a call this morning to check out his update website. Ends up that the way I want to list my house is now only costing 3,000!!!! Woo HOOOOOOOO!!!! Before it was 4.89%, still not a bad deal. My mindset is that the market here is so hot and I'm hiring HIM (not the other realtors) that I didn't want my house in the MLS for a week. With all the people doing drive bys, a sign in the yard is all it seems to take and a house will sell in a week! Yay!

Gonna be drive by posts for a while, but I'm sure you all understand.

Anyone gonna be in Florida 2nd week of May? We are now spending the whole week house hunting, with a day or two at WDW thrown in.

Kristy, sorry about the cousin. She's gonna need your support.

Liz, how's that ankle holding up? When's the new surgery...please tell me they'll wait until the end of summer for you.

Todd, Go to the meet, don't worry about those crazy gas prices. You'll be glad you went to it.

Nancy, I have to tell you the other Nancy/Merryweather nut is in LOVE with the Lenox piece. You'll have to check it out when they're released in July. I have one BaB, Chauncey, that DH and I made for our anniversary right before we moved into the house. I've been safe...I've got all my Gund/Lands End bears that I love, but are in the boy's room.

Lily, get well soon. Sleep is good to get rid of the yuckies.

Elaine, Bravo on the DVC!!! Ed now isn't so sure he wants to buy in since we'll live there, then I talked up the Interval International and points cruises...gee, now that we're saving about what those points would cost... Anyway, start planning your first trip "home"!!!

Tara, that baby set is so cute...oooh, I'm gonna have to Baby Depot to see if they have classic pooh for my babysitter!

That's as far as I can go back without opening another window. Hi to everyone else...hubby will be back any moment and I have to get some lunches for us, then off to Target for Neil's meds.

Nancy, didn't make it to BaB yet. Was going to go this morning, but the trip to the bank was a fiasco , so I was there for over an hour, then had to stop at my mom's to pick up a sofa table, so there was no time to go out there and back before youngest DS got home from school. So, when all the boys get home, I'm going then.

Todd, hope you can make it to Chicago. Junior won't go if you don't. Hope your dad is doing well. Gas prices are ridiculous. We got some at Sam's Club today. 20 cents cheaper than everywhere else.

Lily, hope you feel better soon. I'm not sure why the boys had an extra day this year. This is the first time they did it.

Lily, what is so funny is that my dad (Mr. Financial planner) came up with a spreadsheet and proved how this is a good investment and would prove to be better than if I had the money in my hands now and put it in a fund. Pretty cool! I can't say that Luis is 100% on my side, but he isn't balking at this either. I did show him though that we could go elsewhere with these points and he was very receptive of that! I do hope you are feeling better soon... stinks to be sick for so long.

Nancy, how goes the baking? Have you filled every cookie container in the house??!! I tend to overdo when I am worried and stressed too. Keeping your DH in my prayers, as well. Lily looks just adorable in her butterfly outfit! The sandals are too precious!!!

Lily, I think you are just going to have to get tough with those nasty germies and tell them it's time to get the heck out of Dodge and find someone else to live with!! Beth - Thanks for asking about the leg and ankle. They are healing nicely. I will get my Aircast PneumaticWalker fitted on Monday. Then I can start my 8 weeks of physcial therapy to get me in shape for WDW in late June.

I'd love to come to Chicago with the Ya Ya's, but I have to be in Columbus that weekend. Sarah and her middle school Science Olympiad team are competing with other schools from Ohio on the 23rd.

Lily and Sherrie - Are either of you planning to attend the DIS Pin meet in Lorain on May 8th? Since that's Mother's Day weekend, Sue will be working at the flower shop, but I am planning to hijack one of the cars and come to the meet.
