I bet I was more surprised than you Jenninfer. She's only sent me some girl scout cookies!!! I just can't believe that something I've seen on the TV for years is really in my hands and tummy!

I'm fine Betty. An old friend died last week, not so nice. But life has been very good to me this week, very good. Life's like that, isn't it! Thank heavens

Mornin' all! I'm still kickin'. Definitely need those meds though... feel wheeeeezy and kinda like I've got a 10 lb. weight on my chest. Hildey, after I drop Cam off at school, I'll head over to the pharmacy on my Harley. Heck... might even drive the sucker into the pharmacy... yeah, that's it! I'll cruise the aisles to the back of the store, park that baby in front of the counter, and tell them: "I ain't movin' till I have my drugs." Then I'll stare at the pharmacist, following his every move with my eyes, as I casually recline on the seat of my hog until he hands over the goods.


Carol!! It's so good to see you!! Thank you ~ THANK YOU for all of your advice and suggestions throughout this icky bug I've had!! Although I didn't have access to the Japanese peppermint oil you mentioned, I did get some regular, and it did help!! I never would've thought of trying that. Thanks again... you're a dear!

Thanks Jodie. I'm a big believer in death not being the end, so that helps too. But it's still sad. I loved the way he said Carol, I want to hear it again.
And Jennifer also sent me a knitting magazine and some pictures of her and the girls and a couple of other bits and bobs. It was such a surprise. She's just one of the best!

One of Emily's teachers is having a baby boy next week. Lots of complications, diabetes and the estimate he is already 9lbs at 37 weeks, so they are inducing....anyway......

They are naming him "Brody Davison ------" Another mom asked if Davison was a family name and the teacher said..."no, it's from my husbands "bike" I refused to name him "Harley" so that was our compromise!"

His DW was sick the last time I saw him post...and they had lots of ice on the ground too!

Can you tell why Emily adorse her!? She is a perfect teacher for my little rebel! Another funny part of this pair of teachers.....the other teacher of this class is the wife of a Baptist Minister!!! The 2 teachers have worked together for 15 years!!! Quite a pair!!!
