Was hoping everyone could help put together a list of "The World According to Pete". The list would be comprised of Pete's advice and thoughts on specific subjects.

I am just listening now to the podcast and paying attention (in between putting together a very important training document) and love the part about parents who are peeved because lightning interrupts their child's pool time.

I picture something Monty Pythonish coming out of this.......

Normally I am not the grammar checker, but when the sentence started out "your stupid" it reminded me of a picture someone had posted on a college bb out of a newpaper about some protest back when the threat was Japan and not China (boy am I old) and the protester's sign said "Japan thinks your stupid".

Just think about it though... If you even follow one bit of his advice, you are going to be exponentially better off for it. Because of him, I don't have to worry about being on "file" somewhere at some odd governmental office and I don't have to worry about getting eaten by an alligator or getting an amoeba that will turn my brain to mush in a matter of days. Not only that, he gives me a sense of backbone in knowing that I don't have to put up with poor service, bad food, or nasty managers...

Any adult who would let kids swim in a body of water when there's an obvious thunderstorm approaching needs to have their head examined. Sometimes you gotta wonder where people's priorities are?? Would you rather have an disappointed ticked off kid, or a dead kid??

Then I could say I have made direct contact with a podcast crew member. At the moment, I am still "on the outside looking in" on that thread.
