I don't understand why she didn't walk out of her job the first time they suggested spanking her. I know you have to make a living, but that is beyond degrading. Maybe all the employees should have gotten together and kicked the
booty of whichever boss thought it was a good idea. That would have been a good team building exercise.

ITA with C.Ann. It doesn't matter if she had it in mind to sue them before, during or after the spanking. The fact of the matter is that some moron thought a good team building exercise was raising your hand to another individual. And she wouldn't have gotten a dime if they hadn't done it.
