The wine room at California Grill

I was wondering how you go about getting a table in the wine room? Do you request it when making your ADR, or when you check in for you ADR?

You should request it when you check in. Most people don't like to have dinner in the wine room because you don't get a view of the MK. We find it a lot quieter and more relaxing.

We've usually found it quieter. Last time we were there, however, there were two large family groups at tables that had been pushed together. It was very noisy.

That's what happened to us once as well. The 2 other times we got the wine room it was mostly couples and it was relatively quiet

We just got back from Disney on Feb. 2nd and our family was in the wine room. It was a nice relaxing room. No, you did not have a view of the Castle but we were staying at the Polynesian with that view so it did not matter. The food was fabulous. Have a great time.

We have had dinner in the wine room several times and always enjoyed it. If it is your first time at CG you may want to sit out in the regular dining area where you will have a view of Cinderella's Castle.
