OOH! String cheese and fruit snacks, I should add those to my list! GG will deliver to your resort even if you're not checked-in yet. AKL will just hold everything for you and put items like milk in fridge for you. It's a great service...so convenient!

Thanks...I will have to check into that. I ordered diapers, organic milk, etc. Couldn't believe how cheap the prices were. We pay more in rural Iowa for the items than that!!!My DD Jenny would eat string cheese all day long if you let her. I also ordered a small dish soap to wash Austins bottles and sippy cups.

I really want to do a Garden Grocer order but my DM is against the idea. She says she doesn't want to eat supermarket food on vacation... but it sounds so convenient to me! I love the idea of having cereal and milk in the room in the mornings.

Can you answer a shoe question. I hate shoes and so does my DD Jenny. We always wear flip flops except when there is snow on the ground of course. Then we never wear shoes in the house. Has anyone had any luck with sandals or crocs at WDW?

I am another DISer advocate for Crocs! Although, I'm not a fan of the clog style unless you are 12 and under!! Here are some pics of the crocs I wore last year:

I'm waiting a while to see if they come out with some new styles, but I will definitely be wearing Crocs around the parks again! They are so much more comfy and less restrictive than wearing tennis shoes.

I never wear sneakers - I only wear sandals and at WDW, it is no different. If you are used to wearing sandals then you should have no problems. I wore these Crocs, among others during my trip last year

I always wear Crocs in the parks. My feet are so darn narrow that the clog style ones don't even fit anyways, but I love all their sandal-type styles. I don't care what anyone else thinks, so far they are the only shoes I've found to stay comfy at WDW! Plus there's the added bonus of how fast they dry after water rides!

I have the same narrow feet problem with the clogs-good to know the sandals are an option. I am also looking into Keen sandals-expensive though!!

Oooh I love those thong flip flops. I am totally a flip flop gal...its the only thing I wear during the summer though I know when I walk a lot in them my feet begin to hurt. Hopefully the Crocs will make it a bit more comfy.

Done..I got the capri style and got Jenny mickey mouse mary janes and a pair of wave sandals. Way too cute! I had to limit myself!!! Thanks for the info. My feet will be very happy!

You might want to try making ADR's. Our TA has been able to make the 1st two days. May 10th and 11th. We arrive to late on the 9th to eat anywhere.

I thought I was going to have to wait for my 90 day mark, which is 2/6, but because bertegirl was able to get her ADR's I decided to call! Low and behold, I have half the vacation planned! Yippie! Thanks bertegirl!! I was able to make our ADR's for May 7th-11th! WOO HOO! We got everything we wanted!
