my guide did not think Disney would move the date up at all.

so still thinking May - of course with the stockholder meeting coming soon - maybe. but just a maybe.

May and the sales will be begin early 2009. (oh I hope)

on the CR models - okay KTR models - she says there are places over there where the guides can't go. they are locked. so this is definitely a possibility.

so as soon as the annoucement - we should have models to look at.

No harm, no foul. I innocently asked the question about some references made....had no idea it was related to a problem. Sorry about that (for everyone). I obviously would not have asked if I'd known the controversy surrounding it.

I was curious about this also and did a search and came up with this:

11. INFRACTIONS: The DIS guidelines are an important part in keeping the site family friendly. While the majority of our visitors abide by our rules, there are times when problems develop. In order to handle these issues consistently and fairly, we have developed an infraction system.

As you can see, the infractions have different point values. The majority of offenses will result in a warning via private message accompanied by infraction points which will expire according to schedule. Providing that you do not accumlate more points during that time, no further action should be needed. The more serious violations will result in additional penalties or an immediate banning.

As far as word filter I did another search and came up with certain words aren't allowed. If you preview your post and see stars in place of a word you use then you know that word is part of the word filter and can't be used and you can't try and circumvent it with something that will make it pass the word filter or you will get infraction points.

I guess the thing to do is make sure and preview all of your posts and make sure you haven't put anything in there that is replaced with stars.

yes my guide says she got a bunch of phone calls about it.

still since they had so much trouble with AKV - can't see them doing another annoucement until they have everything and right now they don't.

but hey we might get lucky and do an annoucement it in March!!!

still think the sales date won't be until next year (well I hope it won't be until next year)

always before - they had everything ready when they made the annoucement.

within a couple of days after the annoucement - we get in the mail a booklet telling us about it - included a layout of the rooms, and the point chart. all the restuarants and stuff - drawing - sometimes even pictures of how the rooms would look.

it was months and I mean months after AKV was announced and even selling - before we got the point charts.

the layout was even later. (not the one LisaS - was nice enough to get from the plans)

heck the model rooms at the SSR - were not even ready when they made the announcement. those at the other resorts were always ready on the annoucement date (I think).

you know show the rooms when the public has only just heard about it - more sales.

so because of these things - not certain if they will do another annoucement until they are ready.
