Lockdown: there is a potential threat. a person who is unknown and not allowed to be at the school is in the school/on school grounds. You lock your classroom doors, turn off the lights, shut the blinds, and if it's serious the whole class goes to the back of the room and squeeze up in the back of the room.

Also, are you ever planning to pretend to see silence around people? lockdowns sound pretty scary. we're lucky nothing like that ever happens here. the only time the gates are open at school are at 7am-8 45am then 12 20-1 20, 3 30-4 30 and then they're shut. and to get in you have to walk past reception where you have to sign in, and they have to buzz you in. unless you're us and we go round the side door which is the 'students entrance' which gets locked from 9am-3 30pm

My parents are making me pay for all the sales tax for the fundraising I did for cheerleading. Yes, they took it to work with them and sold it, but I reminded them to add the sales tax. So, why should I pay it out of my own money?it makes me mad. Grr....
