I don't think the Nemo Subs are really all that popular. The Matterhorn would be too confusing to have a FP since there are two sides to the mountain.

Nemo has 60 minute waits, but that's probably due to the low capacity. I imaginr one entrance to Matterhorn could be FastPass, and the other side could be stand-by.

Okay, so my mom was watching Oprah yesterday and these engaged ppl get to get married at WDW and they get to sleep in Cinderella's Castle. I didn't even know you could do that! So, I looked up what special people get that privilege, and I got this:

Yeah, it was part of the Year of a Million Dreams in 2006-7. I don't think they go around and offer the room to people anymore. it's reserved for the Make-a-Wish foundation (I think), and anyone who can afford staying in there (again, I think).
