Strewth! Fair suck of the sauce bottle! Don't come the raw prawn on me....it really is Dinky Di!

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

Well our weighin went really well. Marisa lost 9 pounds and I lost 2. What was awesome for me is that I went from "overfat" to "healthy". :woohoo::woohoo: I was really proud of Marisa though. There was food galore at the Relay and she was trapped in a room most of the day with folks eating food that she was not going to have and she did it! We are all going to Disney at Thanksgiving so she said every time she wants to stray she says "DISNEY" and stays strong!

Dinner last night was a mishmash but it really was delicious! Or I was hungry.....A browned ground beef and baby bella mushroom in a light sauce over spaghetti squash seasoned with garlic and tomato. I also had sauteed zucchini and summer squash and a green salad. I overcooked the spaghetti squash but it was still okay.

WooHoo!!! Good for you both. That is great.

PIO & Kimmer ~ you are killing me :rotfl2:

We had a wonderful day yesterday. We went to drop Cooper (our Boxer) off at Stephanie's (they have a Great Dane - Addie, who is Cooper's best friend). We were saying goodbye and I said sometime you need to go with us. She looked at me, I looked at Doug and he said - you have 10 minutes. LOL It was priceless! Doug packed the stroller. I packed the diaper bag, bottles and formula and Stephanie got dressed and grabbed Lilly and we were off. She is still on Maternity leave so this was perfect. We had a ball - after my Dr. Apt. I was so glad she came, because I can't do it by myself and if ever Doug can't come at least now she can. We got to even see Matthew for a bit. Lilly was so good. She spent hours in her car seat and was perfect. We got home way after her bedtime (and mine too LOL) and she slept the whole way home. Omaha is 3 1/2 hours away so this was really great. We really did have so much fun.

Elizabeth and I are starting Water Aerobics tonight. I can't wait. As soon as I get off of work we are heading to the pool. I am really looking forward to it. We shall see!! I would like to drop another 10 pounds. I am at a plateau, I have lost 15, and just can't seem to get this last bit off. Hopefully this will shake things up. If not I hope to at least have fun. :lmao:

WFDT ~ Chicken Salad sandwiches, 3 bean salad and sliced tomatoes.

Make it a great day my friends.

Well started trying to eat a little more healthy so tonight is a crispy eggplant salad with grilled chicken breast and a balsamic dressing. Hope it taste yummy!
:) :goodvibes :)

Yeah. It only took about 100,000 posts between us to get the comedic timing right.

Make 'em laugh,
Make 'em laugh,
Make 'em laugh.

Nancy - Good on you and Marisa for the weight loss.

Ellen - Water aerobics sounds like a lot of fun (and hard work!).

I'm on a plateau too. I've lost 10 lbs and would like to lose another 5 - 10. Been stuck on this weight for a bit now.

WFDT? I'm about to pull some snapper out of the freezer. Need to work out how to cook it and what to serve with it.

Have a great day all.

And I hope Lindsay pops by with a link to our new home soon. :goodvibes

Your day sounds like one of those magical days that you never could plan if you tried! I am so glad you were able to enjoy the entire day together!

Ellen- if you are at a plateau try eating more for a little while, then drop back down to what you are eating now. It works.

Dinner is leftovers for me and I bought some hot dogs for Buddy. He is in the field and will not want to eat anything that takes too much effort. He loves dogs so :confused3

So what is this saying in American?

You are beginning to worry me. You keep saying you will rest but you and i have very different ideas of what slowing down means.

You forget that I spend much of my time that I don't talk about is spent sleeping in until 9:30AM. I spend a lot of time sitting on my butt in front of my computer. I've spent the last say at a Disney hotel, we just chilled in the room, cooked dinner and then at the appropriate time went to the CL to watch the fireworks. Right now I'm about to take a nap.

That's funny stuff, right there! :rotfl:

Busy weeks. I want off this daggone merry go round. :headache: And I realized yesterday that I have no free weekends for the next month or so. This weekend I have registration for our programs. The next is swim meets for my DN's and I am taking the little one for a karate competition, the big one for a movie, and probably frozen yogurt with both.

The next is a work event on Saturday. The next is swim meet again then off for a few days vacation with Dsis and the girls, then back the next two weekends for swim meets. :faint: And I'm sure there will be football stuff for my middle godson somewhere in all that mess.

Water aerobics was hard, but a lot of fun. I hate plateaus. I have been stuck for about 6 months.

You know I have heard that. I just might try it. Thanks!

I didn't realize that you were in DL. Have a great time and enjoy your nap. You so deserve it!

Marilyn ~ Thank goodness you don't have any kids. :lmao: You couldn't be more busy if you tried. I get tired always, just reading about what you do.

Water aroebics kicked my behind last night. But it was fun. I hurt in places that I didn't even know existed. I really enjoyed it so I will be back.

I am so darn excited. Doug surprised me last night with tickets to see Toby Keith - "Red Solo Cup". If you like Country music then you will understand, if not just take my word for it..........I can't wait.

WFDT ~ It's Men's night at the Country Club, so I am on my own. You know what I will have.........and egg sandwich. Can't wait!!

Make it a great day!!

Glad you had fun at water aerobics and that it felt like a work out.

Toby Keith... Excited! That should be fun....hope he stays sober, he got in trouble here for being so drunk on stage he could not perform..

Ellen- I love Toby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are a few songs that I am sure my speakers got taxed just a bit:woohoo:

Literally? It means...

OMG! Be reasonable. Don't try and put one over me. It really is the truth. :rotfl:

:rotfl2: I'll have to remember those. Sometimes I can't even understand what some full blooded American kids say! :rotfl:

It was just a quick two night trip. I had booked the two nights long ago anticipating a special event, but that was cancelled due to the new land openings. Rather than lose my DVC points we just decided to go out and enjoy ourselves. Fran didn't have a good time, but I (capital and bolded) needed it!

Enjoy yourself with Toby Keith. I'm not a fan of country music, but his Red Solo Cup song is cute.
