Hi Everyone! It has been a busy and tiring weekend for us. Liam finished up ski camp yesterday. He loved it, and he learned so much. He went from non-skier to skiing down the biggest trail and doing jumps!

I was kind of glad I wasn't there to see that. I wasn't there because I spent the day in an ice rink with Caili for a skating competition. She skated really well and placed second. She was happy with that. We had lunch at a Japanese/Thai/Malaysian restaurant, which was very good. Caili had a teriyaki beef dish and I had cashew chicken. I don't know where Caili puts all the food. Hers was an adult portion, and she ate almost all of it, and she still had room for fried ice cream topped with whipped cream, hot fudge sauce and a cherry. (Pics will be on FB) Later in the day, her team won, so it was a good way to end the day.
Gretchen -- More prayers on the way for Jessica.
Wendie -- I hope you had a good Date Night. Wow, July? We get pretty big mountains of snow/sand in parking lots near the beach here, but it never lasts until July. The snow melts and they truck the dirt and sand away long before then.
Lauri -- I hope you got the return you were expecting. We generally get a pretty good return. Unfortunately, we know that, so it is usually spent before we get it!
Ellen -- I'm glad you have your laptop and your husband back. Count me among those ready for spring!
Maria -- Good luck tomorrow!
Vickie -- Your Who Dat story made me laugh. Your son is really dedicated to dance for four hours! I barely make it through my hour of zumba.
Welcome Mamu! That menu sounded fantastic!
Joanne -- Your comment about Lent and fried fish made me laugh. I really wanted to go out for oysters and fried clams on Friday. It's fish, right??
Nancy -- I'm glad you had fun and enjoyed meeting Timmy's girlfriend.
Kathy -- I'm so glad Kyle is doing well! He is such and good kid...determination is a good thing. He probably doesn't need it, but I still wish him luck and offer prayers that he gets through his tough class.
Aimee -- Maybe you should write a book about Ace. Marley and Me was a huge hit.

I hope you are resting and continuing your recovery. I am so glad you are able to eat without pain.
Lauren -- Good luck with the packing!
Sheryl -- Welcome back!
I know I am missing people and I apologize. I did read back, but of course, I have been interrupted a couple times, so my retention is not what it could be. I hope you all had a good weekend, and I will be back on regular routine tomorrow.
ETA: Kathy, those pictures from Bluezoo look amazing!!
