The What's for Dinner Thread- June 2012 (recipe index in OP)

I upgraded to the new Photobucket too. I.do.not.like.it........yet.

I have been using it for about a week and I think I have got used to it... But I could not find anything at first...

I dont' like it either, but I have no choice!

.....I save this meal until March 17....

I bought five corned beefs last year when they were on sale. I have four left.

Dinner (now that I can find my pictures again).

....a little more to it than that....I sauteed julienned 4 chicken breasts, along with a small diced ham steak, added 3 cups water, 4 cups milk, and 1 cup light cream to the pot. I added the mix and a can of sliced potatoes and simmered for 40 minutes. Finally, I added a package of low-fat sharp cheedar cheese, stirred to melt, and voila`! DInner is served....

yum. Wish we had the magic package.
