It really is a good thing you say home tonight. It would be horrible if you got sick before your trip.
Buddy is okay today. He would not say much because Welby and Nola came by and he was playing with the baby. Welby started to fuss about his back and he told her he was fine. Nola would not understand why he pal was not rolling around the florr and tossing her around.
I have an appt with my Dr. for Monday morning, hopefully I will be getting a cortisone shot.

Unfortunately, Caili is not feeling better. I took her to the doctor, and it sounds like Caili has pneumonia. We had to go for a chest x-ray, and I am waiting to hear the results. This came on really fast -- she only started coughing yesterday -- so my mom is thinking it may be H1N1 related. I'll know more after I hear back from the doctor.
Okay, this is not fair! She has been sick too much, poor kid
Alexis is doing well, she saw the dr this morning. He said to be aware that c-diff is hard to get rid off. Not to be surprised if it comes back when we finish this round of antibiotics. At the 1st sign of diarrhea, we'll have to send in a specimen. She may need several rounds of stronger antiobiotics. He said to be vigilant with the lactobacillus. Ugh. She was able to get the nasal flu vaccine today, even though she threw a fit over that. I guess she's just had enough of doctors.
Honestly, I do not blame her. She has seen oo many Dr's lately, adn they have prodded and poked her way too much!
OK, gotta run...Bon Jovi is going to be playing tonight too...and Bruce has a permit at the stadium until 1am!!!!

He didn't do as good on the 6 holes to make up from yesterday.
I will be in the kitchen all weekend canning apples, making apple pie filling, apple pies, applesauce and apple butter. I love this time of the year. Come Sunday my pantry shelves will be full. Let the snow blow - I am ready!!

Just a quick update -- Caili is improving. She is now awake and she had a little to eat, so I am hoping this really is just pneumonia. Who ever thought I would say that? Flu would be worse though.

Well, I don't get my night out tonight. Alan wants to do some more elk hunting tonight. It's really his last night to do anything as we have family commitments all day tomorrow and Sunday. So, he's going to take some of the kids and hunt tonight, and then he'll take me out for dinner tomorrow night. I'll settle for that!
I am going to tell Buddy that Alan is hunting Elk. He loves to watch the big game hunting. He used to take Daniel to the turkey shoots at the Sportsman Club. Now my Dan is pretty OCD and he had a lot of ticks when he got nervous, but shooting at the target was fun for him. Well Buddy decided to take him hunting one year and so I went shopping and got him a bright orange sweatshirt to go over his jacket. There was no kids hunting gear so I had to get adults stuff. The orange gloves were huge but I wanted him covered. He had won an orange heiney heater at the gunclub so he also brought that. THat nervous kid got bored really fast. Between, the extra long gloves that he kept flicking and his the crispy "seeds" in his heiney heater Buddy was going crazy. He found an elastic band in his pocket and started snapping it so by then the hunting was over
Buddy never gets anything anyway but he said Dan made sure no deer came anywhere near them that day
Some day I'll share his fishing trip with Donny and Marisa
He could have been so hurt. He isn't seeing that right now he is just focusing on the $1,000+ dollars

Ellen, How much more do you think I need to slow down? I slept until almost 11:00 this morning!!
I really want to get my washing & most of my packing done today & this weekend. I'll have A before & after school everday until we leave on Thursday. So it needs to be done. Plus I tend to get a little crazed with last minute packing. I promise you I'll be less stress if I get it done now!
You are sleeping because you need the rest! I know that you like to get the packing done early but Holy Moly Woman! Slow down!
Dinner is my own tuna noodle casserole. Thanks Aimee! I don;t like canned soup so I make my own sauce. It tasted good so I hope tha tit is good now that it is all together. I=
I am enjoying my pineapple vodka over ice while I DIS. I needed it because I cannot understand how come I have so much cleaning! We are only two people and I clean all the time. How come I am up to my elbows in work?????? I have decided that I am going to be done tomorrow no matter what! I wanted to seal the porch but we are going to ha rain in the morning. Maybe Welby and I can go buy bottles for my rosato, we ran out of clear bottles.
I want to start more wine next week, Welby thinks I nuts but that is because she cannot drink it
I told her that Buddy and I are going to be parked in front of the fireplace all winter long so we need wine! Now I just need to get Buddy to fund it
I will be keeping her in my prayers. I just found out one of Kyle's friends was just diagnosed with it yesterday.
And instead of 18 holes today they only played 9. He shot a 41. Not real great but not a total waste either.
At the beginnning of the week we were wishing for the flu just something besides an infection in the abdomen. Well we got our wish, but who knew that a little bacteria could be such a bad thing.
I hope your hubby enjoys his "very expensive" anniversary dinner!!! 
We ran errands tonight and ended up at Pei Wei.
He is going today with friends to rock climb and I get to stay home and clean.
