The West Coast DVC Member Cruise

Documents came today. Time is very short.

We were away when next years DVC MC booked, and figured we would have time to consider it leisurely! Well I was shocked to find out that it sold out within hours. Tom and I are continuing to Alaska after this year’s cruise, so it’s not a great disappointment that we will miss next years.

We are doing the ABD in DL, and it will include a visit to the Burbank studios, Disney apartment in DL, behind the scenes Cars and Soarin! Little by little things are being made known. This time next week, we’ll be in DL!

My friends are going on that cruise and wanted to do the ABD but it was sold out. I'm sure they'll have fun on their own at DL. Enjoy your trip too. They head out west from Florida tomorrow.

On the cruise thread, I have invited anyone to join in a breakfast together on the first morning. Usually a few people come, and it’s nice to recognize people on the cruise. I think it makes the cruise even friendlier!

Have to say we are NOT going to Burbank.....the person who spoke to me must have had our ABD confused with a longer ABD here in DL.

In the Adventure by Disney pre cruise in DL. We had wonderful behind the scenes tours today. At Soarin, we even went behind the screen!! The movie was playing for people, we could see them...we touched the screen, it felt like household screen on windows....truly an amazing experience!

We went behind the scenes at Cars land, Indiana Jones Ride, up to Walt’s apartment! Great time!
