We will be in the Kingdom Dec 15 to 23. DD LOVES the pools. Are they heated?? Will it be too cold to go in the pools?

I was at WDW last year from 12/14 - 12/19. The weather was great! I would say daytime temps ranged from the high 60's to the mid 70's and the night temps ranged from the low 50's to the low 40's. It got downright cold some nights. Also the pools are heated. It was kinda funny watching people swim in the pool as fog was rolling off of it due to the difference in temps between the air and water. ::yes::

On a side note, I loved the weather so much, I'm going back this December! 13-18! Wo0 Ho0! :jester:

my kids usually swam early in Dec but the weather is iffy so don't get all excited about it or make it a huge part of your plans ..if it happens to be nice enough take advantage of it while you can cause it might be 60 the next day!( still "much" better than Dec in oHio)

My last December trip was in 2000 and the weather was very iffy. It was nice for the first day or two of our trip then it was COLD! Highs in the 50's is cold for Orlando. We did get some swimming in during the day and it didn't stop my polar bear husband from getting in at night!

Swimming can be done in December - they may close one of the swimming parks during this time.
