The Wave - Chicken Nachos on kids menu

Has anyone ordered these? What is all on them? We are thinking of doing The Wave as an ADR, but there is little on the kids menu that I really want to get for my sons (I mean...how many hamburgers or pizza can you serve a kid in 1 week??)
