The Wave -- Can you dine at the bar?

Has anyone had any success ordering food -- either an entire meal or just an appetizer or dessert -- at the bar? We were thinking of stopping in either between meals or after another meal to check it out.

Only an app menu is served at the bar (as of the last time we were there anyway).
