When will they accept ADR's ?

:cool1:

Bah, who cares. They closed my favorite, The Concourse Steakhouse, to open this place. :(

[Just my opinion and vent here. Nothing against you.]

This is the only official thing we know about the Wave and it's a statement from WDW.

This summer, The Wave debuts at Disney's Contemporary Resort, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located on the first floor with a superlounge, the upscale restaurant will offer bold American cooking with flavors from all over the world. The seasonal menu will feature local and regional products when possible, organic beers and trendy cocktails such as the "antioxidant cosmo" with açai juice. The innovative wine list has a quirky claim to fame -- all screw caps, no corks. Cutting-edge wines from around the globe will be showcased.

The Wave is currently taking ADR's and will honor the DVC, Passholder, Disney Dining Experience, and Cast Member discounts as currently accepted at Concourse Steakhouse. The menu however is nothing like Concourse's. This menu has been confirmed by CM's.

We also enjoyed the Concourse Steakhouse.

Actually, that was pretty much the entire menu. The only other things I can recall were a chicken pot pie and a fish of the day. Neither were very good tasting.

I dislike this restaurant. I wanted to like it SO MUCH. The atmosphere is pretty, although bland. The cocktail waitress was excellent... then we went to eat. Our food wasn't very good - except for the steaks. The service was terrible. You only get one fork for the ala carte salad and your dinner. Your butter knife doubles as a steak knife (and the server acts like you're from Mars when you ask for the steak knife). No one in my party left satisfied with the dining experience. The only good thing about the meal was the host, cocktail bar, and neighboring table who loudly proclaimed that their experience was terrible as well. We bonded in our disappointment. Although, both tables LOVED that the ceiling used spare wavy tiles from the Soarin' attraction at Epcot.
