Had to call because need our many upcoming tickets applied to the cost of the passes. Got through at 7 and made it to the hold music and then the system hung up on us. Called back and got busy signals for a few minutes. Just made it back through and on a 2+ hour wait.

I purchased mine online and it was quick and easy. I was in a one minute queue and then I was able to enter the system, log in to get my DVC option, and then it even links to being able to make park reservations. The system is well designed and worked quickly without any glitches.

I logged into my MDE account, picked select tickets. It brings me to the ticketing page where it has annual passes listed but just says Get Info not Purchase.

I am a DVC member not sure if that's affecting it.

Edit: could have been a safari issue. I got in on Chrome. Now it won't let me pay by gift card even thought it says you can.

Edit 2: It took my gift card. Success! Not sure if it was IT issues or not having coffee yet issues.

I was able to purchase my AP 2 years ago just before the prices went up. Last year I renewed and got a discount on that old price. Today would have been my 60 day prior and the price is showing to renew $721 plus tax $767.87.

I keep trying to process and it says I have to call. I don’t want to call and pay what they offer I want the $767!

I combined my gift cards last night into 2 because I thought you could pay with up to 2 but then tried purchasing this morning as well and would only take one so I did 2 separate transactions using one gift card for each. Hassle but it worked!

I was lucky enough to be able to buy the Sorcerer pass since I'm DVC. I didn't even think about using GC for Incredipass since you can only combine GC's up to $1000.

I had the same thing happen. I wish they offered a call back so I could be more productive during the 2+ hour wait...

I just keep getting the spinning wheel or the 'we're working on it' page so tried going to site on my phone and it said only incredipass available. That's not happening. We're DVC and I have tickets to upgrade anyway but I don't have 2 hours today to devote to it. We're vacationing in VA. I'll try again tomorrow.

You had a ten year window before. I haven't heard any changes to that.

All set! thanks everyone! Wasn't super easy( even made my park reservations )BUT easier than I thought would be! Expected to be on hold with MS for hours - was able to (after many side roads) buy online! Good luck to all who are still in the process!
