I can't believe nobody has talked about Andrea basically curbstomping that zombie. YOOOOOWWWW!!! How horrifying!

One question I had is this: Was Andrea in cahoots with Ricks group about killing the Gov? Rick gave her the knife and it showed Andrea contemplating killing him. Also, when Ricks group was standing around that night listening to Beth sing, Herschel said something like, "don't worry, she is very persuasive." or something like that. It wasn't clear to me what was going on. All I could come up with was that Andrea agreed to kill the Gov for them.

I thought Andrea would want to stay with Ricks group.

I think the hopes were that either Andrea could persuade The Governor to lay off (which was Hershel's suggestion), or kill him in his sleep (Carol's suggestion). Rick's group sees Andrea as the peacemaker who can stop this conflict before it escalates, and so they're happy to let her go. Andrea always wants to be useful and probably had the idea that she could help Rick's group when she left, but in the end, she chickened out.

That close up was amazingly grusome!

There was a "behind the scenes" section on The Talking Dead last night where they showed how they did that scene. Pretty cool stuff. :thumbsup2 Andrea (don't remember her real life name :)) was saying how the guy playing that walker was so very sweet she hated to even pretend to hurt him! :lmao:

I really enjoyed last nights episode. The whole thing with Morgan was soooooooooooo sad though.
Loved the interaction with Michonne and Karl. Especially that insane cat sculpture!! Nice to see her open up and Karl learn to trust someone else.
Missed Daryl a wee bit though LOL. Didn't miss Andrea at all!!!
Does anyone else think it's weird that Melissa McBride isn't listed in the title credits, only as "also starring" as the show starts?

I enjoyed last night's episode, but it was just more filler for me, because I've been anxiously waiting for next weeks episode for a month. The actor who plays Rick said its his favorite episode ever.

But even though it was filler for me, I know in reality it was filling in the story, preparing for what is to come.

I keep thinking there is some significance to a baby being born during the apocalypse. Like if you are conceived by 2 parents who have the virus, you are immune. But the only way to show that is for Judith to get bitten or killed and not turn, and that would be awful. .

I do not think Hershel is in the title credits, either. Carol and Hershel have always been "also starrers."

I loved that Michonne opened up and that Carl said, "I think she's one of us."

The man who plays Morgan is such an incredible actor.

I wonder when gas runs out in the ZA? Because I figured King County, where Rick lived, must have been pretty far away from the prison, since Rick didn't know it existed.

And I am still a little bummed that they left that hitchhiker. That is SO out of character for Rick, when I think about how he used to be. I guess that is supposed to show how they're losing their humanity and can't trust anyone any more.

The guy who plays Morgan is Lennie James. He was also in Jericho (which was one of my fav shows!) He is absolutely amazing. That 5 minutes where he and Rick are talking about how his son died............ waterworks.

There has to be an Emmy for best supporting or something. And if he doesn't win it, then it's rigged. He's brilliant.

Wow, what a powerful episode. Probably my favorite in a while.

Wow y'all. Just wow. Fantastic episode.

I have wondered that about the gas as well, and is there a gas pump at the prison or something? LOL. I also thought it odd that they went from the prison to home. I thought they had gone totally away from home, but I guess I have no idea which way they ended up.

I wasn't surprised they left the hitchhiker, and I agree, it just goes to show how lost they are at this point.

Last night was a great episode -- it went by way too quickly. I am guessing this is the last we see of Morgan. Terrible story of how his wife killed his son. I guess that would make you go insane.

I saw on the walls where he had written other names as "Turned". I wonder if he was part of a larger group at one time.

It's hard to believe there are only three episodes left this season.

I love that Carl is really growing up. Remember that little kid from the first episode?

I do, but it's also so sad, when he can shoot a human (and he didn't know he wouldn't die) without barely blinking. It's a great testament to the state of the world they live in.

Wouldn't you need electricity for gas pumps to work?

I enjoyed last night. Nice change of pace.

I loved this episode even though I hate that they left the hitchhiker. That was cold.

I hope that we see more of Morgan at some point.

the episode was good but not one of my favorites.

having 4 main characters for the story last night was a bit meh for me.

seems that when a character starts getting more lines in the show, they die.

hopefully, that won't happen to Michone.

I think Michonne is safe.

I heard somewhere that a few main characters are going to die by the end of the season. If so, who do you think would be next?

My guess is Hershel and Merle.
