Since a Zombie apocalypse isn't likely to happen, I wasn't thinking about this from a historical perspective but more of how the show has been written so far.

Really!?! I have my hurricane kit & my zombie apocalypse kit ready too.

Soooooo, I had one of the best weekends ever! I went to Walker Stalker Con in ATL, and got to meet all of the cast (and take photos with them)!

I met:
Rick, Negan, Daryl, Michonne, Carol, Maggie, King Ezekiel, Glenn, Abraham, Eugene, Carl, Sasha, Aaron, Father Gabriel, Spencer, Nicholas, Tyreese, Bob, Eastman, Rosita, T-Dogg, Mika, Greg Nicotero and Sophia. I met a few actors from Sons of Anarchy and American Horror Story as well.

My two favorite photos were with Andrew Lincoln and Norman Reedus with me sandwiched between them, and my photo with Michael Cudlitz and Steven Yeun (had a lump in my throats during that one!).

It was so much fun!!!

PS: Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a sweetheart (and very tall!)

We also went to Senoia and got to see Alexandria! Best. Weekend. Ever. Lol!

Negan makes the Governor look like Mary Poppins of keep him anything like in the novels.

I love they kept Ezekiel's talk from the novels only it was to Michonne not Carol so nice deviation with good novel line.

Oh, I agree -- he's going to be much more violent and aggressive than the Governor. But at least you know what you're dealing with. The Governor was hot and cold in temperment and (I thought) unpredictable when it came to violence or loyalty.

I guess that version of Negan is based on the comic book. He looks a lot scarier than the way JDM is playing him.

He certainly is. Especially considering he hates & actually gets nauseous at any blood & gore. We are the reverse of "normal". I love anything like TWD, he would rather watch Love Actually

Mirror image of us -- I love zombie movies (Shaun of the Dead and Fido are my DD and my Halloween must), and end of world scenarios; my husband loves history programs and movies and love stories LOL. We've been together 40 years! So it works.

Omg Shaun of the Dead!! Just watched it Monday. We didn't find each other until 10 years ago,2nd marriage. We did find out we hung out in the same places when we were teens, Spinoffs in Boston . If only we met then both would have avoided a world of crap.
