I'm glad they didn't hide Sam. We cheered almost as loud when he got eaten as we did for the rocket launcher lol.

We were the same way when Ron met his end. Every time that kid came on screen, DH would say 'that kid is a POS'.

I thought for sure that Abe and Sasha were gone and was a bit sad. I am really starting to like Abe, all though his little talk the day before with Sasha was a bit weird. Personally, I think that Sasha should have given Daryl a kiss and not just a pat on the arm for saving their behinds!!!

We thought for sure that Glen was out of lives. His back against the wall, surrounded by walkers and no dumpster to hide under. Glad he made it through, yet again, but I really think he is living on borrowed time.

We were both happy to see Sam and his annoying family gone. That seems so wrong to say, but those kids were really messed up. They were a danger to everyone around them. When Rick saw Jesse get bit, I thought he was going to go down the rabbit hole again. Thank goodness he got it together quickly.

Of course, I am still trying to figure out how someone can get shot almost point blank in the eye and not only survive, but be all bandaged up and fixed by the towns resident psychiatrist within what seems a short amount of time. She sure is a quick learner. Of course, then we have to realize were are arguing reality on a show about zombies.

Oh, and glad to see the townsfolk get out there and get their hands messy for a change. Not to mention preacher boy and mullet man. I have totally forgotten their names.

I thought it was a bad *** episode!!!! So glad that Sam is gone and his brother! I liked Jessie and saw something happening with her and Rick and a little disappointed by her dying but I guess she couldn't come back from having 2 of her kids killed and her husband. I think that what Carol was doing with Sam was actually protecting Carol. She was trying to scare him away from her so she wouldn't get attached like she had with Lizzie and her sister and possibly lose another child she cared about. Carol is getting a little scary - espicially with Morgan. Morgan is going more for a zen mode and Carol is all beast mode - kill or be killed. I think Carl's character becomes a leader in the comics or at least that is what I thought I read once so his transformation is quite possibly beginning with his eye being shot out.
I got the impression on the talking dead that the wolf actor was a little odd. He kept looking at Greg when he talked and seemed unsure/not very confident in his responses. It was an odd choice to have him on there. Weird guy I thought. Can't wait for MORE!!!!

Do you watching Talking Dead? They discussed it on there. I guess for the tv show, they describe the shot as actually hitting the edge of his eye socket (outside edge) and continuing on past, not going into his skull. The eye being messed up is from bone fragments piercing the eye. The bullet didn't actually go into the eye as it does in the comics. And they said they made him leave his hair long so that when this happened it will help hide the bandages he will be wearing. Apparently they will avoid the eye patch thing as people associate that with the governor.

Thank you for that! I have the Talking Dead on DVR but haven't had a chance to get around to watching it yet. I actually don't read the comics, but had heard that he lost an eye in them and that it was going to play into this season. I kinda figured that it had to go out the side, at an angle, because there is no way it could have gone directly into his eye and then into his brain and have him survive and be fine.

You're welcome, and I don't read the comics either, but hard not to hear the story lines since they're talked about so much! I never used to watch TTD either, but people were giving so many more details from episodes that were revealed on there that I had to start watching it, LOL!

I like when Talking Dead has the big deal guys on, like Greg or Scott or the WD actors, bc they give a lot of insight into the scenes. I don't care for the celebrity fans though, with the exception of Yvette Nicole Brown.
So I read an article on TWD that said Negan makes an appearance on the season finale. It was in Entertainment Weekly.

I think when she was talking with Morgan & he mentioned Sofia, not by name, you saw a glimpse of the old Carol. Maybe we will see abit of that peek back through. But I still want her to be a bad ***!!

I don't think the crossbow is gone. Dwight and Tina stole his crossbow and his motorcycle. Dwight and Tina have not resurfaced yet. I have a feeling that this next episode may be who Daryl and Rick are looking for. I cannot wait for one hour of RICKYL!

I do miss it but ITA, I am betting gets it back. It will probably be next to their eaten corpses. Heck if they can rescue Glenn from the herd twice they can get Daryl's crossbow back.

As I think about it, when they were cornered in the burnt out forest and all we saw of the head guy was his boots, were those boots not the same as what Mr. Motorcycle man was wearing? Were they the same guy?
