okay....so my mom told me a couple of things that happened since Grandma passed, and here is one of them:

Her husband, John (she remarried for the 3rd time a couple years ago) awoke to find something interesting the other morning.

First of all, you have to know a couple things about my Grandma. She LOVED her fish tank, it was her pride and joy. She was always talking to her fish, cleaning the tank, and just watching them.
She also used to write poems. She wrote many poems in her lifetime, and she'd share them with the family during certain functions. She wrote a poem entitled "Death of a Loved One" when my uncle died 20 years ago.

Well, no one knew where that very poem was. But when John awoke a few days ago, the fish tank light was on and there the poem laid on the floor in the middle of the room.

The night that my best friend from hs died in a car crash I had a dream about her... she was telling me not to worry, that she was okay and not in pain but she did break her nose. The next day I found out that indeed she had hit the steering wheel in the crash, crushing her nose. I didn't know that before the dream.

I've had a few other experiences too.... makes ya wonder!

Best concert I've been to in awhile. They really put on a good show. You should go if they ever come out your way. Heck, they were all good. Couldn't understand a word Lemmy (the singer from Motorhead) said in between songs, but I can't understand him on TV, either

don't know how y'all feel about this type of stuff but....some interesting things have been happening at my Mom's house and at Grandma's late husband's apartment since Grandma passed.

I can share a few things if anyone is interested. Just don't want anyone to get creeped out. I personally just think it's so cool. I told her to come visit me, too.

It's another beautiful day here today We just got done using the new Nemo Slip n Slide that I bought DD. It was marked down to 11.99 and I had a 30% off coupon Well worth the money! I went down it in a pair of shorts and tshirt. I didn't feel like giving the neighbors something to talk about

I've always wanted to try a slip n slide, but I'm afraid I'm a little large and wouldn't stop at the end of it and get hurt. You know, kinda like the fat woman on the waterslide in Norbit.

Darn, I wish I had those "psychic abilities." I've never even come close to seeing a ghost. Best thing I got is some "orbs" on some pictures I took when we took that ghost tour in Gettysburg a couple months ago.

Hey Sharky, I forgot to say YAY!!! For PM kindergarten!

Nope, I didn't have any. We had burgers for dinner and I'm still full. Plus they ate all the cookies and cream and all that is left is caramel tracks and I'm just not feelin that.

It is only 8:40 but I am exhausted! Tomato got up at 3 am to go potty and he woke up Tank and then Tank decided he'd like to go out only Tomato was back asleep already so I had to get up and let him out. Grrr. Then I couldn't get back to sleep. Double grrrr. THEN... just when I fell asleep somewhere around 5 ish Abby came in our room and said she heard something outside. I wasn't very nice, I'm afraid, and I sent her back to bed by herself. Normally I'd get up and take her back and assure that there was no boogie man or anything but I was just so tired. And then the next thing I knew it was 6 and time to get her back up for school. So...............

Hey Tat! You caught me just before I go hit the hay. The new machine is a desk top. We considered a laptop but we really feel like we need a desktop. We'll add a laptop someday... probably when Abby needs a computer more for school.

Sorry, Love. I totally understand. I guess that's the only good thing about having cats. You don't have to let them out in the middle of the night.

I know it wasn't cute at the time, but I think its sweet that she still comes to you when she's scared. With all the preteen eye rolling and attitude, you know she still needs ya.

I've been pretty tired lately, too. It doesn't help when you're up at 6 a.m. wondering if your husband has been in an accident or arrested for drinking and driving. But I guess this is not the place to vent about that. Work has just been killing me with getting up super early, then not getting home until super late. I'm sick of it! I need to get my call coverage done, and they won't let me!
