nevermind the jokes, I just got a call about my grandma and she's not doing well. They don't think she's going to make it through the weekend. She has renal failure.

My boss isn't here yet but I am going to try and leave work early today. It's Friday so it's only me and her today. So I can't go yet. Any other day and I'd be out the door already.

Oh cheri! We'll be praying! Be carefull on your way there and though right now it's going to be hard to do try to think of all the good memories ya'll have. she needs to feel that from you. You can feel when people are stressed, unhappy etc... even when your comatose or at least that was my experience.

Have a question for ya'll...

We are having a "cyber" meeting today at work. My boss wants me to come in everyday for half days instead of having two days off in the middle of the week. I am not happy about this but don't really have much choice in the matter. Anyway, she also wants to change my responsibilities and I know this is going to be a bad day. Yesterday, she asks me to send an email to the my coworker giving a "job description". She didn't put it that way but that is the way I took it.

So what do ya'll think? Sounds to me like I am about to get canned.

I hope that does not happen. Maybe she is just trying to change people job responsibilities. Or maybe she feels not everyone has an equal amount of work and is trying to distribute it more even.
