Ooo, the Farmer's Market! That's a good idea... maybe the kids and I will get out of the house (after I'm done with the laundry ) and hit the Farmer's Mkt! I wonder if it's too late to pick up a tomato plant... is anyone else nervous about buying them at the grocery store?

And would someone please return to to the RB and answer a question for me? (The hills have eyes! )

The farmers market was good. I got zuchinni, green beans, golden delicious apples, nectarines, bananas, red grapes, avocados, blue berriesand a cantloupe and spent close to $16 I figured I did pretty good.

Don't laugh. The other day my son said he wanted a hotdog -- I said okay you want it on a bun or without a bun? He said just the bun. I was like Just the bun? Yeah. He wasn't feeling well so I handed it to him and he said No Mom can you put Ketchup on it? And that is how he ate it. Hot Dog bun and ketchup. Yum

That's a little boy for you. My son is gone for a week, he is staying with his Aunt and Uncle and he is getting to fish everyday. He is thrilled but I miss him. It's so quiet.

I thought I did really well I got over 3 pounds of grapes too. They were like 89 cents a pound and so were the green beans so I bought a lot of green beans. Mmm steamed green beans for dinner tonight. Yeah I figure he is missing me. He called me and emailed me last night.

Well I finally caught up and it looks like I missed a party. Oh my the things I miss while sitting in the red chair. I made up for being so bad on my eating yesterday by spending an hour at the health club this morning as well as the one tonight. I am going to be heading out soon to visit a local farmers market. I am craving zuchinni and other tasty veggies. Number 2 diet tip is if you make a mistake get passed it and just work at doing better.
