Holy Tornados! It's been a WILD day here! No worries, we're alright... just had us on pins and needles watching the sky and the news. Darn Fay.

I know! I was so glad when they all arrived home safe and sound.


So, before all the weather excitement, I went and had my eyes checked! It's only been 3 1/2 years since I went! No big surprise... I need new glasses. Then I couldn't decide on a pair, especially after the dialation started to kick in! I don't know how they expect you to select glasses when you can't see straight! I'm taking Abby to get her eyes checked next Tuesday and I'll decide then!

OMG, last year - you know, when I was legally blind - I DROVE with my eyes dilated! I couldn't see to begin with, then I'm driving around with my eyes dilated. I really couldn't see. I was just watching the brake lights in front of me and hoping nobody would jump out in front of me. I definitely aimed the car that day.

Dialation, huh?

3 DAY WEEKEND COMING UP!!!

Or she could be like mine and I was lucky to get one visit and about 2 phone calls in the over 5 months I was in the hospital last year. And you know what she lives here in the same town so you knopw what I mean?

Your MIL couldn't possibly be as much of a PITA as mine is. I couldn't believe she was mad at me after I didn't let her come to the hospital when I was having Shane. Well, there's a long story behind that. I almost didn't have anybody with me because Joe didn't believe that I was really in labor. Then when I had Kyleigh, I was already in the hospital on bed rest, nobody would come visit me. MIL was the only one who wasn't sick with the flu. I figured if she couldn't come visit me all those days I was in before I had her, she didn't need to be there while I was in labor. Not that I would have let her in the room anyway.

I have to work on my Friday off!!

I never thought about that before

Sam's Club but we have pretty good optical insurance so I'll just get them at the eye place. I'll remember that though.... never know what will happen with the insurance if ya kwim.

i would get to sleep in on monday but I have to drop crash off at petco to get groomed at 8.. but i can come home and go back to sleep...

I've been emailing with Cindi (my old teacher for others on the thread) talking about how I miss TAing for her because it was fun stuff doing it and i told her that if I could get paid to TA for her that would be like my dream job so she asked me if I would come help her for like 2-3 hours a week and she would pay me $10 an hour.. i was like SWEET! I need the cash and the stuff she needs done is so mindless and easy and her clas room is usually really cold from the AC! so im going to go help her in like 45 minutes for an hour.. im pretty excited..
