The Void: Star Wars and Wreck it Ralph both available?

Does anyone know if both experiences are now available at Disney Springs? It looks like you can book either at the same time. Does that mean there are multiple 'rooms' so that both experiences can be booked simultaneously? The website is not clear on this, at least from what I can see.

As of today, yes, both are available.

Yes, tickets for both experiences are being offered currently through January 6. I wish they had dates further out but thats another story for another day.

No, tickets are available for both on the same days and at the same times. That’s why I’m wondering if there are multiple rooms at The Void so that both can be offered at the same time.

Yes; now instead of all room for SWs, now some are for Ralph. The Void knows how to schedule - their scheduling is correct.

We were there in Veterans Day weekend and wished we could have done both experiences! Really loved it...wish it wasn’t so expensive though...

Was there today, and yes both are available. Star Wars was quite awesome. We will probably go back sometime next week on our off day from the parks and do the Wreck It Ralph one. It's that good.

My girlfriend and I will be at Disney Springs Sunday afternoon after we spend the morning looking at the decorations of some of the resorts. I want to do both Ralph and Star Wars but she only wants to do SW. I need to find some good reviews of the Ralph one to try and sway her.

We were in Disney Springs the first evening both were open. Unfortunately couldn't get a time slot that would work for us, but would definitely like to try this. You can buy tickets in advance, but our plans were up in the air, oh well.

I really, really want to surprise my DD and husband with the Star Wars one. Their website says this:

"Guests must be a minimum of 48 inches (1.20 m) tall to visit The VOID. We strongly recommend guests be at least 10 years old. Due to safety or operational concerns and at the discretion of the manager, guests under 10 years old might not be allowed entrance to The VOID."

DD is 54 inches, but just turned 9. She's tall. She loves thrills and her favorite rides are EE and RnR, but I'm sure virtual reality is totally different. Has anyone done this with a nine year old? Or has anyone had a nine year old turned away? Seems like an odd policy. I would hate to tell her she meets the height but then have them turn her away, so just curious about others experiences!

Has anyone done Ralph? I enjoyed Star Wars. We are going to be back in 2 weeks and I am trying to decide if I want to try Ralph. I am not sure how that movie fits into the VR experience as well as Star Wars did.

We did it with an 8 year old, around 48 inches tall, their main concern was the weight of the vest you wear and the goggles/headset might slip down on a really small head. She was able to handle it fine, plus it was awesome seeing an extremely short storm trooper in the game. A nine year old will have no problem at all especially at 54in, no worries about being turned away. A member of staff is in the room(s) the entire time monitoring and helped our daughter once when her mask slid down during the experience. Definitely do it it is worth it.

The only reason I can see why they worded it "strongly recommend" is to ward off people sending in kids 5-8 years old in and then complaining, wanting refunds because the gear doesn't stay on them, headset slides down, and ruining the experience for the group.

I've never done the Star Wars one, it was down when we were at Disney Springs the Sunday after Thanksgiving, but the Ralph one was a lot of fun. Even my girlfriend, who wasn't really interested in doing it since she's not into Wreck-It-Ralph, loved it. I would definitely recommend it, but it was also my first experience of this kind and I don't know how it compares to Star Wars.
