That is a good idea. They should tell each host if they can't behave call in sick that day. I really can't imagine having a dislike for someone unless they were a killer or did something really bad. Not to agree with someone would not cause me to become so hateful.
You know what though? That's their stinking job!!! KWIM?
Heck, when I worked in a tech support call center we had this one guy call in. Such a weenie. Just rude, arrogant. We hated when he called - but we sucked it up, put on the game face and played our role.
Isn't that what they should do? They don't have to like him, or even agree with him, but being an accommodating host, is their job, right?
