Know people don't want to hear it, but I was also told that reservations without a cc# attached will be automatically dropped in the system. I booked mine through the automated system, too. Didn't feel complete to me, though. When I finally got an agent, she put me on hold to double check, said, yes, she needed a credit card to hold it. Told me it would be automatically cancelled in their system with no credit card. When she attached my credit card to the reservation, it produced a new 12 digit confirmation number. I told her that Disney needs to know about this is happening with the automated system and since they have contact info, they need to contact people before canceling reservations with no cc#. Who knows that they'll listen to me, though. With all the time everyone has put into this, if there is anyway to make certain you have a complete reservation I would.
Seriously? That would be devastating! I called via the x7675 number and it was automated so they didn't ask for a cc #. I am now on hold with the x3463 # to confirm it because you've got me nervous!![]()
I hope we get some time to call back and add the cc#. Because I can't get anything but a fast busy. Again. LOL
eta: Just got in the hold queue for an agent. "wait time over 45 minutes". LOL
