Was just told by an agent all ressies without a cc are going to be dropped. I hope this not true!!!

Then they will have an awful lot of angry people who were not ASKED by the automated system for a cc#, but who got a confirmation number and show up with the confirmation they printed out online.... like me. LOL

Got IT!!!! Monday December 3rd at 6:35 p.m.!!!!!!!!! Woo hoo !!!

I used the automated system. It understood Be Our Guest Restaurant. Now I have to mess with all my reservations. We were supposed to eat at House of Blues that night. It's also our final night at Disney. Great way to eat our last meal there!!!!!!!

Congrats to you, we will be there the same day 4:30

Started calling at 7. Got thru at 7:30 and got the automated system. Was going great until it tripped up on my last name. Got stuck on hold for 90 minutes. Had 4:15 on 12/12 when it choked. By the time I got a cm, I was still able to get 12/12, but at 5:40, for a group of 5. The cm was having a hard time finding an opening for all of us, was offered separate tables, but didn't want that. If you want this date, there were still openings, but for smaller groups

To be fair...that's probably Standard Operating Procedure (to cancel CC hold ressies without a CC# attached).

That being said...I'm sure SOMEONE around there has realized that the automated system isn't asking for a CC# and there are a LOT of folks using it to make their ressies.

So they'll probably run a quick query on the DB, get a list of names and phone numbers on ressies without CC#'s, and initiate some robo phone calls (likely automated, stay on the line to speak to an agent, type calls). It's not hard to do.

And NOT doing it would be a CS nightmare, I think.

If you're worried, be proactive and call THEM later today (mid-afternoon). I'm sure they can help out.

I've been dialing since 6:58!

I've been trying since then as well and JUST got in. Couldn't get my first/second choice of days but was able to get one on another day. Now to re-arrange my other reservations...

I'm watching this unfold from South Africa. I can't make reservations until they open them online which is Wednesday. Here's hoping there's some left! I'm hoping for January, so maybe there's a chance...

After an hour and a half on hold, finally got a person and was able to get reservations for 12/17 but almost thought we were going to have to try for 12/19 if we wanted to be guaranteed to sit together as a party of 5.

From what other disers are reporting...

No tables left on Nov 19th, 25 and 27th.
No tables on Nov 30th thru Dec 7th except Dec 3 which has some tables left before 5pm and after 7pm.

Not sure about other dates as of now...

If anyone finds out anything about availability, please post the info!

We also know that BoG is NOT going to be open DURING mvmcp as they are not accepting ADRs after 5:30pm on mvmcp dates.

Remember, this is just info I'm trying to put together from this thread. Nothing is confirmed. Don't give up if you are still on hold.

After I saw people saying they got a ADR for a later time on my dates, I called back and was able to get one for Nov 28th at 6:55 for 4 guests. So now I have 2, 2 days in a row. My DH will be ecstatic, because the menu is right up his alley, but me, not so much lol. Hopefully we will be sat in different rooms each time so we can see more of it for my DD. Good luck all.
