Another hot guy on the street report. There is a hot dog cart across the street and a woman usually runs it for her son who owns it. Today he was there and he can run it every day as far as I'm concerned (even though she's nice and we've traded romance novels.) He's got dark brown hair and blue eyes (which is my favorite combination.) And he gave me an extra pickle and charged me 50 cents less than his menu states for a combo.

That story reminded me of a song by Kristen Chenowith - the actress who played the original Glinda in the 1st rendition of Wicked- and who's on Pushing Daisies. She wrote a song called, "Taylor, the latte boy." you should google it it's so funny!

OMG, I thought I was the only one who did this kind of thing!!! I'm always on the lookout for a hottie, no matter where I am. I used to take my little brother into EB Games, and the clerk there was SO cute; unfortunately, he doesn't work there any more, so I have to set my sights elsewhere. I do have a crush on a friend of mine who reminds me of Daniel Craig, though...this other friend of mine is trying to encourage me to ask him out, but we shall see!

Finals will be over Wednesday night...I am SO ready for this semester to be over as it has not been great, both personally and academically. It's almost a new year, though., and time for new beginnings!!! Anyone doing anything exciting for New Year's? I'm probably just going out to dinner and then chilling at home.

My family and I aren't doing anything particularly special for New Year's. Usually, we get invited to somebody's house for feasting and merry-making.

We've also got 3 honorary Unicorns-- Snowflake Butt, Pretzel Butt and The Youngin'. They brought us purple unicorn cake, purple ice cream and a party limo.

Starr, I'm happy your almost done w/ your semester! I too am happy that it will be a new year soon! I'm sure lots of great things will come during 2009!

As for New Years, Jackson (DFiance) and I typically rent movies and just hang out at the house. We're not big party-goers. Hey- maybe I'll make it to midnight this year! I'm typically in bed by like 10pm-- for some reason I just can't stay awake anymore! I didn't used to be like this though. That being said, I am definitley a morning person.

I'm sad.. Jackson left today for a 2 week long business conference. He comes home the 29th but geez, what am I going to do with myself for 2 weeks?

Guess I'll make a couple more purple martini's, eat some Unicorn cake and hang out with my girls!!

Wedding plans are going well! Trying to set a date- no luck so far. Of course we are still doing Disney. And scrapbooking.. Only about 1/2 way through. It's truly DFiance's fault.. I can't make his scrapbook in front of him! Now that he's in California I will have more time!

Hmm.. I think I need a Unicorn job too. We should give everyone jobs!

Congrats on the cool new haircut. I can totally relate to your sense of loss, though. I had waist-length hair during my senior year in high school and my first year in college. I decided that I wanted to look more mature for my sophomore year, so I got my hair cut to shoulder-length. After the deed was done, I wanted to cry. It felt like a part of me was missing. The sad thing is, shoulder-length hair didn't really make me look more mature.

Well, I'll be on here A LOT during the next week. I'm pretty much frozen in my house. Fun stuff. It's 20 degrees outside right now, with 10 degree wind chill. Ugh. Too freaking cold!!!!!!!!!!

I did help decorate my friend's tree today. It looks awesome if I do say so myself. There were purple lights mixed in with the other colors so I was happy. I might go to Target tomorrow and buy a cheapo little fake tree for my condo since I'm going to be stuck here. I'll have to ride the BUS! There's always scary people on the bus.

I think I want to be something too. What Unicorn job can I have?
