The way the media bends the truth these days and blows everything out of proportion, I really don't have a problem with some government secrets. I actually think wars could be over quicker if the media kept their rate-seeking views to themselves on certain issues. Wars and many other issues are made much more complicated these days because there are so many news stations, Internet sites and newspapers embellishing facts just to get people to tune into their mediums.

All under the guise of free speech. I'm not too sure todays media is what the forefathers saw when they crafted that ammendment.

That I don't know about, Blondie, but I do think that the media, etc., should be held to much stricter standards than they are these days.
