Maybe it's just me, but I've never seen so much creme brulee as I did during my honeymoon! Trio of creme brulee, creme brulee in a crepe, creme brulee on stick (okay, I made that one up)--it was everywhere we went. Not that I'm complaining (I'd swim in a 7-flavored creme brulee lagoon), but does anyone know why?

We're New Yorkers, and even we've never seen this dessert on so many menus!

:)

I noticed this too in Oct. I love creme brulee, but was craving chocolate mousse & I could not find it anywhere.

Mmmm..... creme brulee. I just love it.
On a side note, DH and I were in Atlantic City and had some creme brulee (anniversary) and the older ladies next to us, wanted to know all about our pudding!

I think it's become a very 'in' dessert.

A few years ago, I spent a week visiting a friend on the West Coast and we went to Vegas and Disneyland. He was laughing at me becasue I managed to have creme brulee at every restarant we ate at (all different places). The best was a tropical fruit one served at the Disneyland Pacific Hotel.

that's good news, it's my favorite dessert! :teeth:

OK Pooh, fess up - where did you find all these Creme Brulees? Especially the one with the crepe. All I found on my last trip was chocolate mousse (best one at Le Cellier, it even LOOKS like a Moose).

BTW - Welcome to DIS and congratulations on your wedding!

I'm in PA and rarely do you see creme brulee on the kenu here. I always thought it was more a southern dessert. I love to stock up in WDW. Plase do tell where all you had some.

I compiled *some* of the creme brulee dishes from the menus at wdwig. Can I just say if I'd known there was such a thing as key lime brulee, I would've had my nose pressed against the glass at Narcoosee's for sure!!!

You can find it in Bistro de Paris!! In EPCOT!

Last Oct. we ate @ the Bistro de Paris instead of Chefs de France. They don't have chocolate mousse up there. I am going to CDF & Le Cellier this year for mousse!

My main reason for going to WDW!!!! Best creme brulee, Yahtsmen Steakhouse. Glad you had a good time. Susan:smooth:
