Carrie...hope the tri suit works out for you. good job on the brick. I have one today, too, but overslept, so will do it this afternoon.
And like S said, MOST tris just have one transition area.
I think I made a long post way up thread about how I set mine up? Just remember to be organized; don't have a bunch of stuff you don't really need; and don't take up too much space, as there are often 6 to 8 bikes per bike rack and everyone needs to fit in.

That is too cool. While I now have teh confidence that I can do a tri (which amazes me), trainign for my sprint has shown me that an olympic is not out of the realm of possiblility. However, it makes even a Half IM seem impossible to me. WO, that is awesome.
