Our AirBnB cancelled on us a week before our trip. Don't book with "The Travel Co." We have a new, nicer AirBnB now and the situation has been fixed and compensated for by AirBnB support, but please be cautious. We saw another review appear on our property that noted they were cancelled on too, but on their day of arrival. Since we are set to arrive in Orlando around 8:30 PM on arrival day, I wanted to confirm with the host -- "The Travel Co." -- that we were confirmed for our stay and that the same thing wouldn't happen to us. When I didn't receive a reply from the host in 4 days, I reached out to AirBnB support and they got in contact with the host. Then came the message that our property was now "unavailable" despite placing our booking in early April and our reservation being "confirmed".
My advice: TRUST YOUR GUT AND LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! Despite multiple AirBnB support specialists telling me that "everything is probably fine", I still asked them to reach out to the host in order to confirm our reservation was all set for next week. If I hadn't, we would have been without a housing accommodation at 8:30 PM at night on our day of arrival.
