The Train, Heathrow and Hotels...

We'll be flying from Heathrow T3 on Sat 25th July (not to Disney, but to Washington DC). We've decided to stay over the night before as we live in Lancashire and don't fancy getting up at some ridiculous early time in the morning. We also decided to go by train. So, can someone tell me of a airport hotel which does transfers to the airport but which is also close to a train station?

Most of the closer hotels are on a bus route that serves the airport. As for railway I am sure there is one direct from London Paddington station.

There is the Heathrow Express from Paddington that takes about 15 minutes but I suspect the fares may be somewhat steep.

You could also consider using the underground, but I think these services take around 45 minutes from Central London.
