the top three weirdest things..

now, this isn't a thread for agruments and such, but i'm wonder what is it about the opposite gender that suprises/confuses you.. like for me...

1) Sleepovers. it's just weird. i go when i hear about guys having sleepovers.
2) Spending hours on the telephone.. it's kind of weird... i'm a girl, and don't even spend that much time on it.
3) can't think of anything. those are my top 2.

2.Likeing a girl, calling her everday, asking her to things but saying your not going out
3.When they like shows like "All my children" and such

i found my number three:
when they listen to music like Kelly Clarkson or Destiny's Child. i have caught my brother listening to it. sure he had headphones on, but he turns it up full blast and hums along. hard not to notice.

1. the yes=no thing.

if someoen likes you they will say they don't, meaning they do. so yes= no. which in theory means no=yes. and you hear that? that would be the fabric of the universe tearing apart as I type.

2. trying so hard to impress people.

I am who I am. what you see is what you get. I am not going to spend hours making myself look like someone I'm not. he likes me for who I am. No the paint smeared all over my face. jmo.

3. I understand this one, but its just REALLY annoying when it happens. system shutdown.

that awkward moment after something you've been dreaming and wishing for to happen finally happens and you kinda...shut down. I hate that!

I've never heard of guys having sleepovers...

Anyway mine are..
1. Why do guys always punch and tackle eachother? I keep hearing that all guys hate being touched and are homophobes, but then they go around tackling eachother and wrestling..hmmm...
2. They always have to show off around other people.
3. Most guys never cry over sad things. I've only seen my dad cry once, and that was at my brothers wedding. But that was it.

guy sleepovers is creepy i tell you. it just wigs me out. for some reason. my brother has had like a total of two, and he was like nine then. that's okay, he was young. but one day in english i was in my lit group and the guys there were arguing because two of them always had hockey and the other one didn't want to ask them if they wanted to go to his sleepover because he was almost certain they'd have hockey. my friends & i just cracked up.

may as well post saying i never do most of them things
only sleepovers (why does it matter it's going round a friends house to sleep...) and liking music like destinys child (only sometimes like that music though)

ok so:
1. spending so much time in the restrooms. I watched this science show and it proves that girls spend less tiem in the toilets then guys but we leave earlier and it take about 5-10 minutes until your out

2. make-up. Why use make-up instead of natural beauty?? well you might not have it but still too much make-up all the girls at my school might be only make-up...

3. too much shopping. as if you need more shoes then you already have!!!

The one thing that they didnt say is that 1. Girls have to sit down to use the bathroom both times IYKWIM which makes longer lines....

uum, it takes me like 2 minutes in the bathroom. it freaks me out how fast guys are in the bathroom. i mean really, it's scary. the other day i was in freddie, my mother was like 3 minutes, and my brother & dad took less than a minute. i was like 'did you wash your hands?' xD i didn't say it, but it was shocking me.

make-up? i 'd have to agree. i am a girl, and i do love make-up, but god WHY WHY WHY do people have to have :
- foundation
- blush
- lip liner
- mascara (it doesn't do much. just clumps up your lashes)

those things are pointless. along with glitter eyeshadow (pukes). i use the basics. eyeshadow, lightly, sometimes never & eyeliner. i normally never leave without my black eyeliner. or my white.

shopping? eheheh. i don't spend much time shopping because i don't get the chance. yes, i have to admit, i have a fetish for shoes and sunglasses. i hardly ever buy anything though. i just browse, try on, put back.

I wear blue mascara. I've got deep/icy blue eyes, so it works for me. Black just looks bad on most people though.

i've pretty much sworn it off. i don't like it much. i have black & brown, but never use them. they just clump up lashes, or don't do anything at all. i had some on once, and didn't wash it off (a bad thing to do, you should always wash make-up off before you go to bed) for the lack of remover (as in none) and my eyes hurt so much the next day. my eyelashes were stuck together and hard.
i have long eyelashes as it is. i don't need anything to help it.

One thing about girls confuses me...

Why do girls wear makeup all the time? I see girls having makeup on every day and, no offense, they looked like clowns. Girls wear makeup "to make them look better." I think it makes you look even uglier than you think you look without it. Little or no makeup is all you need in my opinion.

-How they have to act a certain way infront of their friends, just to show they are 'tough' or something like that, and then when they are around just you, they are a completely different person.

That annoys me too..there is this one girl in my orchestra class who puts on at least like 10 pounds of makeup.(Once my teacher got annoyed and told her to stop lol) Her and her friend do. But one day, she looked so horrible and fake looking and she looked grey from all the makeup. It was funny and eww..i mean anymore, all i put on is lip loss and powder stuff bc its 7 in morning and i really dont feel like it hehe.
