The Top Three Meet Dis-nee (CMO Contest, Part Three)

I was thinking last night how it's too bad that only one person will be chosen CMO. Then I realized, the three of you are already winners. You are getting a trip to WDW where you will be treated like VIPs. This is something that Disney does best and few people get to experience (at this level anyway). Receiving the royal treatment from Disney was big part of what made last year's dream job contest so special.

True, one of you will get to go on and relive the experience a few more times and will get to interact with park guests as a representative of Disney. I can tell you that that is an awesome experience (as well as a big responsibility).

So, do your best and good luck with the competition, but remember to stop every once in a while and enjoy the experience for what it is. You've overcome fierce competition to get where you are.

Last year had 25 winners, this year has 3.

Valid point! (.... Maybe I've lost a bit of perspective! )

I do hope, however, that the finalists are able to calm their nerves enough to step back from all of the craziness and truly enjoy this once-in-a-lifetime experience. And, kudos to our Sponsors for including a few free days for the finalists to enjoy with their families, where they can possibly step away from any stress and bask in their VIP treatment!! (That was quite thoughtful of Disney!)

The Yak and Yeti is the restaurant so you could eat there (although it is a sit down buffet with some rather unusual dining choices I believe). I've not eaten there myself as it wasn't open last fall when we were there.

I'm actually hoping to eat at the counter service that is supposed to be close by to the sit down one.

Hey everyone! This has been an explore the Coronado resort and do laundry day!

Taking it easy so far - getting ready to head over to Epcot. If everything works out, I hope to meet up with Justin at Illuminations tonight. He won't get his itinerary until he gets in, so everything's still up in the air.

Tripp - wow what a view! Can't wait to meet you and see you in competion. And you know that no matter what, I'll be clapping and yelling for you, too!

Tigger didn't have much chance to hide so far today, but he did feel comfortable in the below surroundings! Plus it documented a first for me - laundry at WDW!

Looks like you got a great room there! They took us on top of the Plaza Inn at DL to get a great shot of the Castle behind us on our intro interview. Ours was only a few seconds long each.
