We have young children, so, at this stage in our lives, we're character meal experts & haven't tried any of the signature restaurants... so, take my picks for what they're worth! 
Our 4 "must-do's" are as follows:
Breakfast at Chef Mickey's
Breakfast or Lunch at Cinderella's Royal Table
Breakfast or Lunch at Crystal Palace
Dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern
For counter service, we have to eat at Columbia Harbour House in the MK, Flame Tree BBQ in the AK, Toy Story Pizza Planet at MGM & Earl of Sandwich at DTD.
