Just about to take the plunge and buy BCV on resale instead of SSR through Disney.

Are the Timeshare Store reputable ? any issues I should be aware of.

We took the advice of 'buy were you want to stay' !. As DVC gets bigger I can see resorts like BCV and BWV being increasingly hard to get into at 7 months.

Any comments welcome.

The Timeshare Store is DEFINATELY reputable and I'd recommend them in a minute!! We dealt with them on a BWV resale. We ended up canceling the contract, and our deposit was refunded timely. I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future when I need another add-on, which will happen!! I started with 175 points and now up to 425, and I'm sure I'll want more!!! We cancelled our contract because our add-on came through DVC, and it wasn't much of a price difference, and it was the same use year as ours, not because of anything Timeshare Store did, they were awesome!!!

We bought our 2nd resale from them. All was fine and I would definitely recommend them. Very professional and our transaction was handled pretty smoothly. Customer service was adequate, but we had better customer service with another reseller we used for our 1st package. All should go just fine with them.

Great people to deal with. Pat Spell is excellent! Have no worries going with them. Just remember a resale takes longer than through Disney. When you are waiting it feels like FOREVER!

The folks at The Timeshare Store are licensed realtors who specialize in timeshare resales. We went through them when we bought our DVC membership, and they answered all our questions and gave us all the info we needed up front. I agree that Pat Spell was the best while walking us through our purchase.

Yes, we bought one of our contracts through them several years ago and had a very good experience.

We just closed last week with them - Jason Erpelding was fantastic. Our transaction was perfect in every way (including the contract we got at BCV!)

Make sure to snatch it up fast at BCV! And offer the most you can!

Best of luck to you!

Sherri :)

Jason was our agent for a boardwalk resale we purchased in march, everything went smoothly, great to deal with

I right in the middle of a purchase with the TTS. Things are moving along. We're in ROFR. Jason is great. My suggestion is to tell him what you want, i.e., 230 points at BWV, UY April. He'll call you if something similar comes along before it hits the web site.

I already have a deal in the bag (hopefully) 270 BCV Dec UY - with 232 banked already.

Signed the forms today !

Good to hear! We started this process with TTS (Kristie Wireman) less than 4 weeks ago and our paperwork was overnighted to Disney today to get us in the system. The only thing that made it take that long was waiting 2 weeks for Disney to decline ROFR (very long 2 weeks!). Everyone there is great, and never hesitate to call and check on status. Once it goes to Timeshare Closing Services, you really have to be a bit proactive with the phone calls! They're great, but usually won't call you! Nancy K there was wonderful, and helped to rush ours through. Good luck with ROFR - here's some Pixie Dust....

Good luck with the purchase, Martin! Sounds like a really good contract. Hope the ROFR process is speedy and that your offer is accepted!
