I added on through them about a year ago. Nothing but high praise for the team there and at the title service they use, names escapes me right now. From offer to points in my account, it was only 4 weeks!!!!! AWESOME service!!!!!

I listed my timeshare with them this past Thursday. Received (and accepted) an offer on Sunday.

So far, they've been amazing to deal with and I have no complaints.

Kudos for TSS! I've purchased one of my 3 contracts from them, and now I'm in the process of selling one of the 3. I've purchased direct from Disney, done add on with Disney and used TSS for a contract purchase. If you want to go to WDW with the family, save the money and use TSS. In many cases you'll save thousands and end up with the same product. As far as cruises and such, we pay cash--it's cheaper to rent our points and use the cash for cruises. The people from TSS are professional and straight shooters. You'll be in good hands.

wow you can't put the name ********* on this board! wow did not realize we lived in china and did not have a choice. lost a ton of respect for this site.

From what I gather, the company that shall no tbe named, may have used the disboards in approriately to drum up business. I am not sure exactly what happened, but my guess is they were not being on the up and up on the boards.

If you read the terms of the boards, you can be blocked from boards for the wrong activities.

I have no issue with a business deciding how it should run itself. WHen you refer to China, you are referring to actions of a government which is different from the actions of a company. If one does not like the terms or actions of a company, they can choose not to partipate / use them. It is hard to make that same choice when you are a citizen and your government is suppressing you.

If you are buying a resale contract through a broker, the broker and title agent will verify that all points that were advertised are available and that maintenance fees are up to date. It is part of the contract you sign. If the maintenance fees are not paid, the closing company will take the money out of the proceeds of the sale to pay the fees. There's little to no risk for you as a buyer to get stuck with unpaid fees.

I didn't end up buying through The Timeshare Store but, I did put offers in on two contracts with them. Both times they got back to me quickly. If I were looking for another contract (which I won't be for a while), I wouldn't have an issue using them.
