Ok, wow, I'm kinda in shock this thing is still open. Guess you guys deserve an update, huh?
My phone rang at 7:49am. I was probably half awake, but there was no one on the phone (even though caller ID told me it was my SIL, Val) so I assumed my nephew had found the phone and was playing with it. I hung up.
Christian woke up at 8:00am and went into my parents' room...where they are still in bed. A few minutes later my brother and my grandparents knock on my parents' door. Mom sends them to get coffee. Then we all get up and get ready.
After we're all ready we meet my cousin and her husband in the lobby and have breakfast in the food court. Matt and I both got the "Big Breakfast". Will got a waffle and Christian shared with the rest of us.
The kids were excited to see Granny and Papa, but at this point I think they were kinda used to the surprises. Big hugs all around.

Everyone was done eating before my mom even got down to breakfast. So we all had to wait for her. This is not unusual.
After breakfast we went to the lobby and took a bunch of family pictures.
Then my Chrissy (my cousin) and her family left and the rest of us got on the bus for the park of the day: EPCOT.
I love EPCOT, so I was pretty excited about this. I was hoping the kids would love it, but wasn't sure. It's not always at the top of kids' lists.
Once we got through bag check and got into the park we took a couple of just us Photopass pictures. Most everyone else had gone to Guest Relations. My parents and grandparents needed to activate their tickets. My brother had to get his free Gift Card (he already had tickets) because today was his birthday. LUCKY.
Once everyone was inside we took some BIG group pictures (though we'd take an even bigger one later in the trip).
Mom and Granny then stopped at the bathroom and everyone stopped but us. I went on and got Soarin' Fastpasses (Christian's finally big enough!) and then headed for Character Connection to wait in line. They all rode Spaceship Earth and then caught up with us just as our turn to meet the characters came. We got Photopass pics, but my dad also took pictures on his camera.
And, by the way, let me just take this time to endorse the Photopass CD. We always prebuy the CD. Always. We're going to get as many Photopass pictures as we possibly can, and the CD is always worth it. It was even better when you could get the photoshoot free (we didn't end up doing it this time), but it's still totally worth it. We use the heck out of the Photopass Photographers.
After we finished at Character Connection we headed to Mouseworks (LOVE this store!) where my dad and Granny got hats. While we were there Gram and Harold (other grandma and her boyfriend) called and my Dad and Matt left to meet them at the front of the park. Bill (my brother), Val (SIL), Julie (her mom), and Little Billy (nephew) headed to the land. We took the boys back into Mouseworks so Mom could buy them something. They had a surprisingly hard time choosing. Guess that store is a little overwhelming. They finally decided on Buzz Lightyear blasters. Plus Will got a diecast 2009 bus (he has a collection of these buses) and Christian got a Buzz vehicle. Mom also got Little Billy a Mickey and Me tote bag.
Matt called and we met him, Dad, G.G., and Harold at The Land. My brother wasn't there.
I know this is a short update, but by the time I found all the pictures I needed (they aren't on this computer, which is new since last time) it took a while. Plus I have a job now. And I have to work tomorrow. Long week. I'm pretty tired. So I will try very hard to have more of this day up soon.
I know you don't believe me. It's okay. I don't blame you.
But I will try.
