VMK, if you're listening,

A Seagull Hat... but its a Turkey. Thanksgiving. 'nuff said.

If this idea has already been thrown out here, I bow to whomever thought of it faster than I. :goodvibes

how about a cornucopia (sp?) hat.

nothing like wearing a basket of fruit on your head and very Thanks Givingish. :thumbsup2

I know just what I'd name my turkey. Rene or probably Rain to get it through the dictionary. Anyone at the Third Disney Institute Animation Event will know why.

There is no thanksgiving ... there is only Zule! Uh, I mean... Space Month!

...But I like the idea of a Turkey Hat and even a Cornucopia. I'd love to see a Pilgrim Hat (sort of like a Top Hat but with a buckle).

Or a Mickey Pilgrim Hat!

Remember: July wasn't Americana month, it was Water Park Month, yet they still did a little thing for the Fourth.

I can foresee a little Thanksgiving thing going on. Turkey Hat or Mickey Pilgrim Hat with a little Pin Quest will go down great with the gravy and stuffing. :teeth:

EDIT: But I'd like you to stop floating over the bed like that Goofy, because it's starting to creep me out. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

It matches the Mickey 4th of July Hat very nicely... Come on, VMK, you know you want to do it...

I got it!

Mickey Pilgrim Hat available at the Emporium for 1000 credits. A one-day-quest that is rather hard (think Pirate Hat Quest) in which you win the Turkey Hat (live, not roasted).

:confused3

I don't see anything wrong with that idea!

OMG, you must not do the cooking in your house LOL NO QUEST! It's wake up at the crack of dawn and start cooking in most houses --- no resting till you pick up your fork at night! And even then there's cleaning up afterwards! No quest please!!! :rotfl:

You can hire people to come in and do the quest for you. :lmao:

Well, we can't just give away Turkey Hats willy nilly. It's either hard quest or 5k that you have to come up with in less than a day's notice.

5 thousand credits for a hat?! I don't think they are crazy enough to do that. And why do you even want to make it so hard to get this hat? It's intended for kids and I don't think they can do a hard quest or work that hard to get 5,000 credits. Why not just make it 1,000 credits in stores like all hats? It's as simple as that. Is it that you are greedy enough that you want it to be so rare? It will still be rare enough because they are only selling it for a day and there will be alot of people that won't be able to play that day. Just make it like the 4th of July hat. I would really want this hat and I would name it and he would make a great play mate for Tiki (my bird).

Oh, yes a Mickey Pilgrim Hat! Oh I am so with Pirate-Emery on this whole senario! The poor kids and Cooking Mothers get a hat "easily" for the 1000 credits, and the rest of us get a challenging quest and soon-to-be uncommon/rare hat to go with it. Maybe even sell a Cornucopia pin for 500 credits at the Golden Horseshoe... Run the sale/quest for just Turkey Day or maybe even the whole four-day Thanksgiving Day Weekend and tha'd be great for everyone!

Yay! Hope you're reading this VMK because I think we're onto something!

Why? You got a problem that I sleep above the covers? Four feet above the covers!! I bark, I drool ... Oh, maybe it's not me? Maybe it's the building... lol Hey wait, how did I become the Gatekeeper? Shouldn't I be the Gozer "the Keymaster" Gozarian? Maybe I need to re-read the usual literature. Tobain Spirit Guide and what not...

:happytv: :lmao:

P.S. I feel for the Cooks. Yes I have helped with Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter dinners and even cooked a whole Holiday meal before so I know how you feel! (It was Christmas Brunch for 21 people! There were appetizers, 4 entrees including a casserole made from stratch, a dozen side dishes, desert and several beverages (one of which was cooked)... Had a little help cutting some of the fruit and cheese, but I did all the rest that morning including clean-up!) So that's why I think it best if the T-Day stuff (sale/quest) should go all four days of the weekend. :teeth:
