We've been back for 3 weeks now and I am missing Mickey so bad. We were at MK and it had rained earlier. There was no line for the teacups. So we rode it several times in a row. However, it was extremely slippery as you stepped onto the saucer. I about fell backwards and thought it was just me being careless. But my son skinned his knee and I saw an elderly gentleman slip as well. Anyone else experience this after a rain?

We haven't experienced this. Then again, we get pretty lucky with rain. They have some kind of cover, though, don't they?

Yes, it is the material that the teacups are coated in - very slippery - maybe to help with the spinning sensation

They just refurbished the teacups, so maybe that's why they were so slippery. I think they were closed just for one day.

Oh my goodness - I can't help with your question but the thought of doing the teacups three times in a row makes my stomach start to roll !!
