OKay, you guys will not believe this, but I haven't called yet to change our reservations to the 4/3 deal! I know, I know, I should have already. I keep thinking about it and I know its an awesome deal. I am still on the fence with it. It will only be $120 more bucks than we are already paying. But, the one time I called them they had me on hold for over 20 minutes seeing if they could just transfer my deposit over. I got ill and hung up! I am still thinking about it though!

I got a 40% off pin in the mail, but when I called it still isn't better than free dinning. It's actually close to the 4/3 deal.

Its next Saturday! I am so excited!!!!! It's still Wizard of Oz. I bought Hollie some more red glitter shoes at target yesterday along with some silver sequin flats for me. I know most of the kids wont' realize that silver was the original color in the book and also in Wicked. But, I am wearing those. I ordered some green foundation to put on my face and hands. My mother is going to be Auntie Em, my dad is Uncle Henry, Chad is going to be the Scarecrow. My sister is wearing a shirt she ordered from zazzle that has to do with the show wicked. I think it says, "Not everyone has a pink bubble to arrive." My niece is going to be a flying monkey!
I sent the lady who has made Hollie's cakes a picture of one I found on the internet. It has the yellow brick road with poppies on the side and a rainbow at the top. I have figurines I am going to put on it! I am so excited!! Can't you tell!!!

Oh, for decorations I have bought 4 cardboard standups. I have Dorothy and Toto, the Wicked Witch, Glinda, and TinMan, Scarecrow, and Lion together. I have a huge piece of yellow paper we are putting on the floor for the "yellow brick road"

I ordered 6 dozen lollipops that I am going to put in buckets to look like flowers.

For the gift bags, I have wizard of oz coloring books, a pack of crayons, and candy. Then in the girls, I am adding a ruby slipper shaped lip gloss keychain!

I will definately have tons of pictures!!

Fantastic plans! You are so creative with the lollypops as flowers, I love the idea. I want to see pics for sure, everyone dressed up. (flying monkey ) The cake sounds perfect. Where did you find the cut outs? Oh, and the shoes, how precious. The ruby slipper in the gift bags, how cute. It's nice to know I'm not the only one who goes all out for thier kids. I really enjoy looking for neat things to match with a theme, so much fun. You did a great job, I can't wait to see.

Thanks!!! I found the cut outs on ebay! I love me some ebay!! The lipgloss I did a search for on yahoo. I was so excited to find them!!

My mom found the coloring books on the internet and I actually found the lip gloss at celebrate express!

Oooh, been there already! She dressed as Dorothy for our trick or treat village last year. She wanted to wear those shoes everywhere!! She would wear them to church, to the babysitters, etc. Finally, I had to hide them!!! They haven't fit her in almost a year now! So, I had to go buy another pair the other night for her party.

Okay, so I was sitting here thinking (while Chad and my dad are outside putting up lights!) that I might change some ADR's around. This is what we have so far:

Friday, Feb. 6th: Chef Mickey's that night
Saturday, Feb. 7th: dinner at Coral Reef
Sunday, Feb. 8th: O'hana Breakfast
Monday, Feb. 9th: Crystal Palace breakfast
Tuesday, Feb. 10th: Chef Mickey's breakfast


I am thinking about adding the Mad Hatter and Alice tea party at the Grand Floridian that Tuesday for Hollie. I think she would love it! I might cancel the CR since they aren't doing the menu and diver. That was the reason I wanted to take Hollie there. So, if we change we might just go to San Angel Inn. The kid loves mexican food (just like her mom!)

If I don't decide to change reservations (since I haven't yet! with everything else going on) then we will still go down on Thursday and just stay off site.

OMG I forgot you had another report too, I have been so busy reading your other one. Now this is going to get really confusing talking to you in 3 different places (this was the best I could do for confused )

Firstly your plan looks great. I think the tea party would be a great idea for Hollie, it looks really good. It suck CR have stopped doing the diver and menus, I hoped to use that one day when I had a reason. I think Hollie and Sophie would have such a blast together, she loves Mexican too. And character meals and Hannah Montana.... I wonder if she will ever grow up

I am loving your party plans, it all sounds so great. Over here we don't seem to celebrate anything nearly half as big as you do over there. I love parties, and loved themed parties but don't get to go to many. I arranged a great themed one for Sophie for her birthday this last year and it was great, we all had a ball. And then I did a little one for my Mum's birthday, although there was only the 5 of us, it was still fun. I am trying to think of a theme for Dad's 50th next year in Pigeon Forge

Yes, and I am a little upset about it! I am glad we got to do it this last trip.
I am about to post a link to the lights. I wanted them on top of the roof, like the Griswold's, but my dad and Chad both talked me out of it. Our roof goes really high so they said that there would really be no way to do it! I guess I will next year!! I will get a ladder truck out here somehow someway!
